I am posting this because I know the power of prayer and how many prayer warriors we have on this site. Today my eldest daughter was diagnosed with MS. She and her husband have three children. They have gone thru some really trying and difficult times in the past, including home fires where they basically lost everything they had and job losses that almost destroyed them financially. I was amazed at how they came thru the problems and managed to raise three smart, talented kids who don't seem to be damaged by all the problems. Now, there is the diagnosis...

In the last 2-3 days some smart freeper posted a quote by a Mexican official that was something along the lines of "we want not just the second generation Mexican in the US to think of {or love} Mexico first, we also want those of the 6th and 7th generation to think of {love}Mexico first" I have tried to find it, no success. If you posted it or read it and know where it is, please let me know. I have to prove it was said.

I just received word that a friend of mine, her teenaged daughter, her daughter-in-law, grandson and granddaughter were in an accident last night. My dear friend and her daughter were killed, the daughter-in-law is brain dead. Grandson is critical and granddaughter is in serious condition. Her husband and son are headed home from Iraq where they were serving as I write this. Please lift this family up to the Lord that he comforts and supports them as they go thru this difficult time. Thank you all so very much.
