DES MOINES, Iowa - Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., says he intended to spend his time in Iowa discussing domestic issues, but somehow his two-week trip centered mostly on the war in Iraq. "We did 49 events in Iowa," said Biden, a presidential hopeful who concluded his stay in Iowa on Wednesday. "There was virtually no questions about domestic issues that I got from any of the groups. "It was all about foreign policy, all about national security, all about concern about where we are in the world," he said. "There's this feeling, a lack of certitude, this unease."
