The America’s Affordable Choices Act of 2009 (H.R. 3200) is over 1,000 pages long and, in my opinion, puts the government in charge of our health care system. AUSTIN, Texas - Police shut down 10 blocks of businesses in the heart of downtown Austin early Monday after dozens of birds were found dead. Experts were testing for any sort of environmental contaminant or gas or chlorine leaks that might have killed off the animals, police spokeswoman Toni Chovanetz said. My friends attorney believes the judge will be giving her back the children on Friday, the date for the next "temporary" hearing. I have a friend who is going through a hearing for his children. His ex-wife was found "responsible" for a child abuse incident prior to the divorce but was awarded the kids anyway. He has a great deal of evidence, showing she is still abusing them, but no one piece so significant it can't be challenged. Since he is male he cannot find anyone who will help him thus far.
