I was reveiwing the Corporate board recommendations for Proposals for employee stockholder voting recommendations. What do Freeprs think of the following statement from my voting proxy on my stock? Proposals You Board of Directors recommends you vote "AGAINST" the stockholdr proposal. The proposal is? Adoption of the stockholder proposal to eliminate awards of stock options, bonuses and restricted stock to top executives. In the past six months, this same BOD has terminated bonus programs to employees with no sick days, and years of service bonuses. Question What Should I do??

Just returned from the Des Plaines City Council Meeting. the Council voted 7-1 turning down Don Smith, i.e. Mayor Daley gun ban. Hundreds, perhaps 400 people were in attendence. 25 people from the alterman 7th ward spoke up and basically riped him a new butt. All seven other alterman told him they would not vote for his gun ban.

Update: A stay has been issued so concealed carry is illegal yet again for now. However, the Ohio First District Court of Appeals will only keep the stay in place until Wednesday, April 10th at 9:00 AM.
