  • Question for Ron Paul and supporters [vanity]

I’m a Ron Paul supporter but I don’t think the war is illegal. It’s a little rediculous to claim that when Congress authorized the action like you stated. But the actions of muslims back then are not really that applicable to recent times. Do Christians still burn people at the stake for being witches? No. So just because one thing is true back then doesn’t mean it still is.

Either way, I can stomach pulling out of Iraq to fix our government back home.

This church doesn’t support our troops. Democrats don’t support our troops. Therefore, members of this church are clearly Democrats. Makes about as much sense as his arguement

“The firefighters, described by the law center as “devoted husbands and fathers,” claim to have been subjected to sexually suggestive comments from parade observers, including “show me your hose,” “you can put out my fire,” and “give me mouth-to-mouth.”

Lol, I couldn’t help but read this in a Mr. Garrison voice. I hope the firefighters win because this is absolutely rediculous.

You’re wrong if you mean to let all teachers off the hook. Why can’t it be all their (teachers, parents, and students) faults? I just graduated high school a few years back and there were some really good teachers and some really bad. The bad ones have gotten good at minimizing the amount of work they have to do. One history teacher I had did not lecture a single time during the whole school year. He would hand out worksheets and just tell us to do them in groups or whatever we wanted. When they were due, we would pass them up, and he would pass them back to the class and make us grade each other’s papers. Then he would record the grades which was the only work he ever did.

Regardless, placing blame doesn’t solve the problem. Our schools will continue to suck until voucher programs become more wide spread, or better yet until we abolish public education completely. Wouldn’t hurt to be able to fire teachers and administrators as well.

Say what you want about his hardcore supporters, but I find it disgusting that so many Republicans would vote for Clinton or Obama over Paul. Here’s to hoping a new conservative party will pop up in the near future.

I disagree. 10 people living in a 1500 sq. ft. house is too many and I can definately see how having 10 cars in front of a house would drive down property values. It’s no different than having to mow your lawn to keep the neighborhood looking nice.

I’d prefer letting the child die if the parents can’t afford the care. This is where they just need to hope they can find a charity to pitch in. Government should never act as a charity because we don’t have an option of not paying taxes. It may sound mean and evil, but no one has a right to all the medical care the world the world has to offer. It’s just too expensive.

You people are rediculous. Ron Paul is the candidate FURTHEST away from liberals than any of the other GOP candidates and probably the only candidate who would actually decrease government’s size. The media does not like Paul obviously. So what do they do? Focus on the one subject that can hurt him. I can stomach having to pull out of Iraq early to get everything fixed at home. Your attacks and accusations are pathetic.

I have watched most Ron Paul interviews and speeches and never got the impression that he believes in a government coverup. He just wants to investigate for the truth because of inconsistencies, and I see nothing wrong with that. He has made no accusations at all. You guys blow it way out of proportion. Just like the people who claim he said we are responsible for 9/11. He said our foreign policy has unintended consequences. For example had we not helped bin Laden fight the Soviets, he would not have been able to carry out 9/11.

Regardless, the reason I support him has absolutely nothing to do with that. He is the only candidate that I trust will actually reduce government the way it should be. He’s been very consistent on that with his votes. The only reason I might not support him is because of his views on Iraq contrary to what you guys seem to think about every supporter.
