He granted a motion to stay enforcement of the agency’s rule banning the possession of effectively all braced guns that weren’t registered earlier this year. He found the ATF exceeded its power when crafting the rule.

This is the most important video that I have seen on a national show. This is happening in America now. Our country, our Constitution, our Bible, our way of life are at stake. Don't think that just because you have a couple boxes of ammo and a 12 guage you're going to be fine. The largest cities in this nation are kneeling and paying obecience to a radical anti White, anti Christian terrorist gang and antifa, their communist shock troops and handlers. Where are our leaders?

Last week, a surveillance camera at an Alabama family's home captured burglars stealing Christmas presents and two televisions. On Sunday, the Wyatt family was being interviewed by a local news station about the robbery when they recognized the car used in the crime from the surveillance video. Dad is going in to the hospital tomorrow for treatment of atrial fibrillation. They are going to try to shock his heart back into rhythm. If that doesn't work it's a pacemaker. Dad is 87, an Army Vet, wounded in an explosion in 1946 in the Phillipines while the US was supporting the Phillipine gov't during the Huk rebellion after WW2 . Mom and my sisters are upset. He's the most honorable man I've ever met and he and Mom are my best friends. They've been married 64 yrs.
