I did search, and did not see this posted...so forgive me if it's a repost. This article explains with great clarity (even for the un-scientific among us) the issues with the upcoming vote in Missouri on Amendment 2. Forward it to MO voters you may know who need an explanation as to the issue at hand....the short 'excerpt' they will actually see on the ballot does not sound anything like the 5 page Amendment itself, and as such is misleading.
