DETROIT (AP) — The Latest on the presidential recount efforts in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin (all times local): 7:50 p.m. A federal judge who ordered Michigan to start recounting presidential votes has dropped his decision, effectively ending a second look at ballots statewide. Judge Mark Goldsmith acted Wednesday night, a day after the state appeals court said the Green Party candidate isn't eligible to seek a recount of millions of vote cast Nov. 8.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission set a timetable Monday for a recount of the presidential election but rejected a request for a hand recount. The commission is made up of three Democrats and three Republicans. It adopted the recount plans unanimously. Meanwhile a Wisconsin insider on 4Chan said to expect the recount to expose massive DNC fraud. The Anonymous “insider” says the recount will reveal people out of state voting, non citizens voting, people voting numerous times, and nursing home violations. The commission set up a timeline for the recount: Cost estimates and vote tabulation method must be provided by county clerks on Monday; Stein and Rocky De La Fuente, an independent candidate who also asked for a recount, must pay for the recounts on Tuesday; a teleconference will take place on Wednesday to outline the process; and the rules and the recount will officially begin by Thursday.

Per Pennsylvania regulations, there is only one way remaining for Jill Stein to get a recount in Pennsylvania and it is a complicated process. BillyPenn reports that Stein would have to file for a court appeal and present a “prima facie case” showing that voter fraud took place. While prima facie has a lower burden of proof threshold than “beyond reasonable doubt,” it is still significant.
