I'd like to start a thread where people who live in Mississippi write in to tell the conditions of places where they are and of area towns. As a former resisdent of Mississippi I have been trying to find out information about specific areas and can't find anything anywhere. Many of the local news sites are not up and we can't contact friends and family. Weeding through some of the info has been very hard. So please just start posting where you are in Mississippi and what you are seeing. Thanks so much!

Does anybody know what has happened to Linda Vester?

While visiting with friends this weekend I happened to mention that when I was a kid in Mississippi I remember going to school in the car pool and hearing a song on the radio many times called "Dead Skunk In the Middle of the Road" or something like that. None of them had ever heard of it! Surely some of you have. One line said something about stinking to high heaven.

I was just on my way home and heard part of a radio talk show and the callers and host were livid about something Peter Jennings said about Reagan this evening. I never heard the comment. Does anyone else know what they were talking about?

WE are looking in to Buying a Digital Camcorder. Any advice?

Did anyone else hear Sean Hannity say on his program a couple of weeks ago that in his new book he would have new info on Kerry? He said there was no need to worry about Kerry because when this information came out it would take care of him. He said he doesn't want to reveal it until the book comes out. I heard his say all this but haven't heard anything since. Thought maybe some of you had.
