Disinformation and utter hoaxes are now being aggressively spread as well. Both Rep. Kinzinger and Rep. Swalwell ratified and spread the story of the so-called "Ghost of Kyiv,” a Ukrainian fighter pilot said to have single-handedly shot down six Russian planes. Tales and memes commemorating his heroism viralized on social media, ultimately ratified by these members of Congress and other prominent voices. The problem? It is a complete hoax and scam, concocted through a combination of deep fake videos based on images from a popular video game. Yet to date, few who have spread this fraud have retracted it, while...

I find it shocking that the vaccine developers and the government officials across the globe are recklessly pushing these vaccines on an unsuspecting population. -snip- Our paper showed that there are several mechanisms by which these vaccines could lead to severe disease, including autoimmune disease, neurodegenerative diseases, vascular disorders (hemorrhaging and blood clots) and possibly reproductive issues. There is also the risk that the vaccines will accelerate the emergence of new strains of the virus that are...

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is issuing a final rule that expands federal pipeline safety oversight to all onshore gas gathering pipelines. The rule, initiated over 10 years ago, expands the definition of a “regulated” gas gathering pipeline that is more than 50 years old. The final rule will require pipeline operators to report safety information for all gas gathering lines, representing more than 425,000 additional miles covered by...

The Biden administration’s emergency COVID-19 vaccination requirement released today could be expanded in the future to employers who have fewer than 100 workers. The emergency temporary standard, issued by the Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and scheduled to go into effect on Friday, is presented as only applying to firms that have 100 or more employees. But OSHA is seeking public comments on that aspect of the standard, and it may be ultimately expanded to include smaller businesses, the agency said in the 490-page document.

Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh says the Biden administration's new vaccine requirements will help boost the labor force participation rate. On Friday, the Labor Department said the labor force participation rate was unchanged in October, at 61.6%. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the participation rate has stayed between 61.4% and 61.7% since June 2020. Scientists at ESA’s Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service have been tracking the ash plume since the volcano first started erupting in late September. Initially, the plumes of sulfur dioxide from the volcano traveled east from the Canary Islands to northern Africa and southern Europe, eventually getting to parts of northern and western Europe. Thanks to a change in wind direction in early October, though, the plume is now flowing roughly 5,000 miles (8,000 kilometers) across the Atlantic and over the Caribbean.Since the directional shift, the Atlantic has also gone unseasonably quiet when it comes to hurricanes and tropical storms. There are...
