Erie, Pa. (AP) - Two women who participated in a prison love letter scheme that netted more than $220,000 will spend more time in prison. Cynthia Denise Livingston was sentenced Monday to one and one-half years in prison and ordered to pay nearly $5,000 restitution. Michelle Mendoza was sentenced to one year in prison and ordered pay nearly $7,700 restitution. Livingtson and Mendoza are among ten inmates from Erie, Crawford and Lycoming counties indicted in September.
