A New Jersey teacher has been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. Bergen County Prosecutor John L. On Monday Kansas Judge Patrick Thompson sentenced Desirah N. Overturf to life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years in connection with the death by starvation of her three-month-old son.
