WASHINGTON, United States — Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein dropped her efforts Saturday to request a vote recount in Pennsylvania, one of three battleground states won by Donald Trump where she is challenging the results. “Petitioners are regular citizens of ordinary means.
