PEORIA, IL - The superintendent of Metamora High School thinks this week's ruling blocking Washington High School students from reading prayers at their graduation will have no effect on his school's graduation ceremonies. A federal judge issued a temporary restraining order Thursday afternoon, saying that despite Washington Community High School District 308's attempts to stay within constitutional boundaries, faculty involvement was too great and violated the separation of church and state.
