Anyone else notice that many “news sites” have eliminated the Feedback option? It seems that the MSM was finding too often that their narrative was destroyed when it became obvious that the majority of those responding in their Feedback section were effectively destroying their stand that the majority actually shared their liberal views.

The Longshoremen's union is going on strike on 11-25 ( in Portland). The workers at LAX airport are going on strike over the Thanksgiving weekend. Walmart employess are threatening to go on strike Black Friday. Hostess union members are going for broke. Anyone seeing a pattern here besides me? Obviously, with "The One" guaranteed to be in power for four more years, the unions are going to spend these four years robbing this nation of any chance whatsoever to get back on their feet financially. They will use these four years expanding their power and this administration will back them...

Evidently casinos pretty much supported the fraud that took place and also tried to force their employees to vote for Reid. As a big thank you, I won't be going to Vegas until Reid is out!

Ask the Texas-based King Street Patriots, and they'll tell you their "True the Vote" campaign is simply about making sure voters are cast in accordance with the law. But ask Texas Democrats, and they'll tell you that "True the Vote" is actually a GOP-backed effort to suppress Democratic votes. Spurred in part by dire warnings of Democratic voter fraud in the conservative media - driven partly by the New Black Panther intimidation imbroglio - conservative groups around the country are training volunteers to be deployed at polling stations on (and in some cases before) Election Day in what they say...

Politics: Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid has hit a new low by slipping an amnesty plan for illegal immigrants into a defense funding bill. In effect, he's holding U.S. troops hostage to advance his own political career. He sees a political payoff — for himself — by offering amnesty to the children of illegal immigrants via the DREAM Act in a bid to energize the Latino vote. . . . . As representative of the state with the highest number of illegal immigrants as a percentage of the work force (as well as the highest unemployment rate at 14.2%), Reid...
  • Obama's Invitation to the GOP with Regards to Healthcare Bill

Everyone who is familiar with Obama and his lapdog press smells a rat with regards to Obama's invitation to the Republicans to take part in healthcare talks - in front of the cameras that Obama so loves, of course. I think the way the Republicans should approach this entire fiasco is to inform Obama and the Dems that they want the transparency Obama promised and then push to go over the ENTIRE Healthcare Bill paragraph by paragraph - all 3,000 pages of it. We all know there are things hidden in this bill that Americans do NOT want - why...

Have you noticed the way the talking heads on all the news stations are speaking out and complaining about the McCain rallys and the people who stand up and speak out?? We have actually reached a point in this election where the press is not only openly campaiging for the Obama camp but the are actually complaining that those in the McCain camp won't just sit down and shut up. At what point did "Freedom of the Press" turn into the right of the press to try to shut out those opinions with which they don't agree. This is a...

August 11, 2007 -- New York Times reporter Linda Greenhouse caused a major headache for executives at the C-Span network when she acted like a diva, refusing to join a panel of fellow court reporters because it was going to be televised for the public. . . . Snip Greenhouse became "infuriated" and refused to speak at the last minute, claiming she wasn't told beforehand that the event would be carried by C-Span. She then gave the panel organizer an ultimatum. "I told her she had a choice - either she could have me on the panel speaking candidly or...

Here’s the roll on the Senate John Doe protection amendment, which missed the 60-vote threshold by 3 votes. Interesting facts: No Republican voted against it. GOP presidential candidate Sam “Switchback” Brownback didn’t bother to vote. Hillary voted for it. Obama sat it out: Check where your Senator stands. They will try to keep this from the public but we should all know and respond.

Jennifer Granholm debated Dick DeVos in Detroit. Has anyone followed the outcome? With any kind of honest election, Jennifer will become a one-term Governor. In her time in office, she has not done one thing that has helped the state but has blamed President Bush for all the problems Michigan faces. She drones on about jobs being out-sourced without addressing the fact that most of Michigan's outsourcing is not going to other countries but is going to other STATES. Her recent action to increase the minimum wage in Michigan is only going to drive more businesses out of the state...

Snip (A) study found that supporters of President Bush and other conservatives had stronger biases against blacks than liberals did. Snip Brian Jones, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee, said he disagreed with the study's conclusions but that it was difficult to offer a critique, as the research had not yet been published and he could not review the methodology. He also questioned whether the researchers themselves had implicit biases -- against Republicans -- noting that Nosek and Harvard psychologist Mahzarin Banaji had given campaign contributions to Democrats. Nosek said that though the risk of bias among researchers was...

Former CBS anchorman Walter Cronkite, in an appearance Friday on CNN's "Larry King Live," said Americans are too dumb to vote for the right candidates. "We're an ignorant nation right now," Mr. Cronkite said. "We're not really capable, I do not think the majority of our people, of making the decisions that have to be made at election time ....in the selection of their legislatures and their Congress and the presidency, of course." ...... "I don't think we're bright enough to do the job that would preserve our democracy, our republic. I think we're in serious danger."

A military investigator has cleared New York Marine 2nd Lt. Ilario Pantano of murdering two suspected Iraqi terrorists and recommended that all criminal charges against him be dropped. A 16-page decision from investigating officer Lt. Col. Mark Winn concluded that prosecutors were unable to present enough evidence to prove that the shooting of the two Iraqis a year ago was "premeditated" or refute 33-year-old former Wall Street trader's claim that he believed he was about to be attacked when he opened fire. The report also said Pantano — a New York University graduate and film producer who left a comfortable...

Let it be known far and wide who the 3 are: Democratic Reps. John Dingell of Michigan, Barney Frank of Massachusetts and Lynn Woolsey of California. Dems ALL. These are the 3 stooges who voted in favor of further harassment from the ACLU against the Boy Scouts of America. These are the 3 who stand for irrational, godless, immoral postulates. May they forever be remembered for the disgrace they publicly displayed in the House of Representatives on Saturday, November 20, 2004. However, kudos to the elected American loyalists who stood firmly against the persistent unAmerican devilment of the ACLU, especially...
  • Media Double Standard - Didn't their Darling Kerry Receive a MEDAL for shooting a wounded man????

Didn't the same media that is standing in line to fry a Marine for shooting a wounded (and possibly booby trapped enemy) not bow at the feet of Kerry for chasing a wounded Vietcong and killing him?? I think the media should be contacted by phone calls, e-mails, whatever it takes to remind them that war is hell! The media is trying to do to this war what Kerry did to our troops in Vietnam - for our troops the media is as much of an enemy as the terrorists!

Reaction by the losing side in last week's presidential election would be startling if it weren't predictable. . . Other disparaging labels, including "stupid" and "moron" were hurled at Bush voters by various lefties. If so many people -- more than 59 million -- who voted for President Bush are stupid, what does this say about our costly and monopolistic public school system? . . Some commentators suggest Mr. Kerry lost because he The left's last gasp to salvage something from the election is the suggestion that, having prevailed, the president should now "reach out" to opponents and "heal the...

Friday's rematch between President Bush and John Kerry proved to be a livelier affair, and a more revealing show, than their first debate. The big difference, of course, was the town-hall format that surrounded the two candidates with 140 voters, some of whom got to ask the questions they had brought. "Hats off to these questioners," said NBC's Tim Russert afterward. "They framed this election and this debate better than I've ever seen before." Another advantage: This 90-minute faceoff unleashed the presidential rivals from the lecterns of their first debate, to actually move about the floor with their wireless mikes...

A majority of voters say they know little about John F. Kerry's positions on key issues and want the Democratic presidential candidate to detail specific plans for handling the economy, Iraq and the war on terrorism when he addresses the Democratic National Convention and a nationally televised audience on Thursday, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll. The survey suggests that the stakes for Kerry and the Democrats as they began their convention in Boston could not be higher. In barely a month, Kerry has lost ground to President Bush on every top voting issue in this year's election....
