An Alabama man diagnosed with terminal lung cancer confessed Wednesday to killing another man 25 years ago, solving a cold case murder that had "nothing else to follow up on," according to authorities. Beginning Thursday, hydroxychloroquine can no longer be used to treat coronavirus in Ohio. Pharmacies, clinics and other medical institutions will be prohibited from dispensing or selling the drug to treat COVID-19, according to new regulations issued by the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
