I’m proud to say I have not hired any Ivy Leaguers since 1987. That one was from Brown and was a great employee. I have interviewed maybe a dozen more Ivy Leaguers since then and always recommended someone else. One did get hired as the other interviewers liked him. He was gone in less than 2 years because he thought he was the boss and alienated every other member of the team -— all of whom had more experience and were better employees.
