Since when is a loosely connected bunch of (in their words) white trailer trash, soccer moms, out of work people, idiots, etc., known as the Tea Party so much more powerful than the 600+ Dims, Repugs, and Osama in TPTB in Washington? I am confused. MSNBC just announced that the 13 month extension is for existing unemployment recipients. In other words the 99'ers will get 13 months additional unemployment. Yet others on this web site state the extension only allows 13 more months of possible 99 week unemployment. Can somebody clarify this? Do we have 13 more months of 99 week unemployment or is unemployment now possible for up to 151 weeks? Thank you

Does anybody know how the Census Department handles US citizens resident in foreign countries? I am not asking about military families but about the thousands, if not millions, who have moved or are temporarily resident in foreign countries. Are they included in the number quoted as the population of the United States?

I recently switched from IE6 to Firefox and now have a glitch which is rather annoying. I enter a reply message on a thread and click preview. I then get an error message stating FireFox could not find the link I was connecting to (there is no link in the message) or I was not logged on. I back arrow to the screen with the message entry and click preview again. This time it works and I am able to post the message. Any suggestions or hints on how to correct this problem will be greatly appreciated. Mike

I went for my annual prostrate exam today and had a discussion with the staff about Obamacare. I have not heard or seen any of this anywhere.
