i live in the area because central avenue is a really large walking area... people walk by things all the time and its a neighborhood where ppl live and walk it. i wouldnt want people gawking at me when I was sitting in church saying the lors prayer thats for sure.

a that zalay was at a psichiatric hospital when the relatonship occurred and aretakis asked THREE (or more) people to sign afidavits BOTH PARTIES KNEW WERE FALSE!!!

well i read the news report this morning and saw the press conference when i was at my sisters yesterday. i even whent on the times union web site and looked at parts of the report itself (but not all, it's so big)

no matter what I think of closing diocesan schools and stuff (my sister had kids at one of the schools that closedthis week) i cant ignore all the stuff in the report.

he didn't do it. theres a lot of evidence there that he didnt do it and i cant go on believeing that he did when all the evedence looks like he didnt.

of course everybody is stillg onna bleieve what they want to believe and only a few people are gonna be convinced by this but if you believe john aretakis you believe someone who knew what he was doing when he asked clients to sign false afidavits just go get the media to pay attention to him! i heard this on channel 10 last night and it is in the report i am told! and when i was listening to radio 810 he sounded so really stupid! andrew wilcow was asking him for one shred of evididjnce and he couldn't give him one!

i think were all confusing this thing with all the othr things that are going on. i still mean he may have protected pedophile clergy and stuff but he's not one himself and he is not leading a homosexual life style.

what she is doing makes sense if she doesnt want to get into any cat fights with aretakis in front of the media which is what would happen (come on you can see it coming). cause aretakis is a smart guy and would probbaly call her on some things she is doing in front of the media and she would have to respond to that and it would be a big fight. rawr.

and she is right. a big fight between areetakis and white that didnt include any clients wouldnt have done anything to help the investgiaton.

it was my understanding i read it in the timesunion that aretakis would only speak to white in a town meeting forum WITHOUT his clients though. so white wouldnt get to talk to his clients no matter what she did.

what does he have to lose by getting the letter tested by another lab that is watched by others??

aretakis has not given me one little piece of evidence that could be proven he can say all he wants to about the note at this point i want him to show it to us if he has it. i mean if he has it why doesnt he show it? BECAUSE HE DOESNT HAVE IT. it's a bluff.

i thought also that you just can't take a polygraph it has to be given to you by an investigator or da or something right?

why is everyone not accepting the coroners report? it wasnt murder or foul play which is what everyone was saying all along. and if this was any normal suicide people wouldnt be asking for the note and you cant get it anyway bc of the law no matter who died!

i am saying this (dont get mad at me) bc I cant see how the coroner AND the goverment AND everyone else are in on this like i have been seeing here on fr. i am not a good conspiracy person but come on if the diocese learned about all this from reporters they are not on the ball with this.

i just cant see how everyone could be in on it and that would be what would have to happen for all of kiernans and the rcf conspiracy theories to be true. kick me me from freerepublic for saying this but i think hubbard may be getting a worse rap with this one bc i cant see how everyone or why everyone would be in on it i mean coroner thomas has nothing to gain and dont say that hes being paid off by the diocese because thats just stupid and belongs in a mystery novel not the real world.

i dont know the more i hear about this the more i dont trust concerned catholics or rcf honestly. i don't know who to trust with this one because i am obviously not trusting the church.

(news news news: they have a non denominational pentecostal protestant teaching kids jewish roots of christianity in my sisters parish. i mean i don't mind the class but why is a pentecostal teaching a catholic catechism class????)
