Magistrate judge denies bond to radio station owner By Don Harkins of The Idaho Observer SPOKANE-After considering the eloquent and sincere testimony of Oroville, Wash., radio station owner Mark Alan; Rabenold at a bond hearing in federal district court here February 14, Magistrate Judge Cynthia Imbrogno ordered that he be held in Spokane County Jail and not be released on his own recognizance (OR).
