News that abortion nearly doubles the risk of subsequent children being born prematurely gives an ironic oppurtunity to the pro-life forces in the country. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! The same devastating weapon the has crippled tobacco, asbestos, silicone breast implants, etc. can now be directed at all abortion providers around the country and bankrupt them. Run the ad "Have you had an abortion and subsequently had a child be born prematurely? If so, you may be entitled to a cash settlement - call the law offices of.......". The beauty of this is it pits two democratic forces - trial lawyers and...

Bob Schrum is now zero for 8 in presidential elections. That snarl is so repulsive I really don't get why he insists on being the face of these various campaigns on TV. Would love to see a shot of him now. PLEASE, PLEASE Bob sign up with Hillary 2008 campaign !!

Kerry has now said repeatedly that he want to repeal tax cuts to those who DON"T NEED THEM. That begs the question (for any enterprising reporter) that if Kerry is going to base his tax policy on what people need, HOW MUCH DOES JOHN KERRY NEED? Does he need 5 multimillion dollar mansions, a Lear Jet, a fleet of vehicles, a billion dollar net worth, etc.? If he feels comfortable telling everyone what they need financially, isn't he obligated to tell us what he needs? And since he continually speaks of everyone sacrficing, isn't he obligated to tell how he...

Has anyone noticed how the Liberals are getting themselves into a frenzy to censure Mel gibson's move "Passion?" Correct me I'm wrong, but isn't this the same group who savaged Giulani for trying to remove the painting of Mary with elephant dung on her at the Brooklyn Art museum? Where are they now defending the artists right to be free from censure? I guess that right is only worth protecting when Chrisitians are being put down.

I am very concerned that we are not seeing any interviews with people who were in the Twin Towers but got out. Makes me think really not many did - you would think that those people would be all over the news talking about watching the plane hit their building etc. I am very afraid the numbers may be 30-40 thousand.

yet another example of the "politics of personal destruction". Get in our (democratic/media agenda's) way and you will be personally destroyed. Kath. harris, judge saul, scalia, thomas, jeb bush, tom feeney - can someone name ONE democrat who has been attacked thusly? one? republicans are openly called racists, KKK members and nazi's by the media and democrats with no repercussions. call cnbc and have them take this biased moron rivera off the air.

This guy is insufferable - why doesn't newsweek dump his biased butt and let him directly collect his paychecks from the DNC? My god - in the two years I have seen him on TV I have NEVER - not once - seen him say a positive thing about a republican or take a position that favors republicans. he literally reads and follows DNC talking points like the toadie that he is. Tonight he said that "well bush may win the election but that will make the country go democratic the next ten years." Note that when things looked good ...

On MSNBC with Brian Williams (and also incidentally on Geraldo) they are now hyping the "sleeper" case in all of this - Seminole county where they are promoting that the Gop somehow did something wrong in helping voters get their absentee ballots - no allegation of voter fraud, counting questionable dimples, etc. - just help on applications to help the people have their voices heard. The joke in all of this is that the media require Bush to win ALL of these barriers they keep throwing out. They have tried the butterfly ballot - hmm, that didn't work, then they ...

Dershowitz on TV once again opining about respecting the Florida voters. When he speaks about the Florida voters (taxpayers), I wish just once a reporter would ask him how he justifies billing the florida taxpayers 180 MILLION dollars for 40 HOURS of work on the Tobacco lawsuit - that is $1250 A SECOND!!! Is that how Dershowitz shows respect for the Florida electorate - by bilking waitresses, truck drivers, secretaries and the like to the tune of $75,000 A MINUTE!!

Matthews finally rips a democrat. Confronts him head on about "intimaidation which broke the law". He says give me names - Deutsch flubs. Rips him for his lawyer like answers. About time to play hardball both ways, chris.

They are so unabashedly pro gore and calling every bush victory suspect. etc. whereas every gore victory is described as "devastating' to the bush campaign. it is truly revolting.
-
gore throws out thousands of our militaries ballots on technicalities all the while claiming that "dimpled" ballots are votes for him. and he does it in organized pre-emptive strike fashion by having dem lawyers tell poll workers in advance the ten things to look for to invalidate military ballots. EXPOSE THIS SCUM FOR THE HYPOCRITE THAT HE IS. The republicans should demonstrate OUTRAGE over this - demonstrate, get this out in the media, etc. - put him on his heels over this one!!!

They were just talking on CNN about how if the hand count is counted Bush will lose. What I have yet to see addressed is why can't Bush then turn around and demand a recount of the hand count? Why should the last count be assumed to be correct if he has one 3 counts and Gore one? And if loses the recount of the hand count, why can't he demand a recount of the recount of the hand count as he would still be up 3 counts to two? This only seems fair and points out the absurdity of ...

The CNN am anchor just read extensive passages of editorials from the WP and NYT editorials from this morning that praised Al Gore's speech and position on the recount. She then said, "to be fair we looked for editorials supporting Mr. Bush, including in some traditionally conservative papers (of course they did not identify WP or NYT as traditionally liberal) and stated that NO PAPERS SUPPORT MR. BUSH. I'm sure they looked really hard.

Ed Rollins, Republican consultant, refuses to defend Secy of St on Geraldo - this is indefensible according to Ed. Thanks for the help at a critical juncture, Ed.

Unreal - dershowitz literally calls her a crook and Wolf Blitzer is too meek to say anything - no demands for him to prove it or take it back. shameless, Dershowitz - I don't know that I ever seen a more DESPICABLE human. Email CNN to protest - notify your reps - I hope she sues his ass.

I've heard this suggested a lot lately. I trust Gerald Ford as far as I can throw him - he seems to delight in sniping at Republicans as extreme right wingers for not being "get along permanent minority powerless losers" like they were when he and Bob Michel ran the house. Its amazing he looked at that as a success and the current house with 4 straight majorities as being less successful.
