The Michelle Obama tapes to be aired any day/time from now: API and Fox News Network (USA) in a final agreement on the airing days/time.

A final agreement has been reached between African Press International (API) and Fox News Network (USA) on the dates to air the Michelle Obama tape arising from a discussion Mrs Obama had with the API two weeks ago. The show will take place any day/time from now, with a 15 minutes alert on when it is to take place. Other programmes will be interrupted. This is a precaution taken to avoid interference from any quarter.

In the agreement, Fox News Network will broadcast 39 minutes of the 54 minutes long tape. The whole tape cannot be aired unedited due to security reasons and especially due to the explosive political temperature in the country because of the Presidential elections that is just around the corner, November 4th.

The tape will be aired in two portions by two separate units in the Network. API’s representative will appear live in one of the shows.

The parties have agreed that the information to be released to the public on the agreement will not include the naming of the units at Fox News Network that will air the tapes in order to avoid outside pressure and influence of any kind before the show has taken place. Nondisclosure of the name of the shows that will air the tapes has become necessary due to pressure from groups interested to block the release of the contents to the public.

Due to a huge interest in the tapes shown by some private individuals, groups belonging to some political camp(s) and persons connected to a section of an intelligence network, it has been decided that the 54 minutes long unedited tape is to be kept outside the United States in safe custody of one of API’s Lawyers based in Ontario, Canada.

OH DRAT-POO! Was SOOOOO hoping this would be REALLY, REALLY TRUE and something we could grab hold of an inch of HOPE ... only to pop in here & find too many “way smarter folk than us” questioning it! :(:(:(

The STRESS is weighing heavy here — 2 weeks may land me in need of major medical care. Too much drama & anticipation — topped with overwhelming FEAR of an OB administration.

YAY, now we’re hearing “HOPE”! But, if we have a chance with McCain - if the picture plastered on front page of FoxNews.com of McCain — there were NO YOUTH and very few around him. Dems have Directors, Producers, make-up & fashion artists all over their “shows”. What are our guys doing? Although, being ones self is more appealling to us, it’s the “show factor” that seems to be missing that might lite a little “spark” in the race, eh? ;)

SCARED, SCARED, SCARED over the future of this country come Nov 2008! To punch a chad, pull a lever or make a mark for a McCain ticket makes us SICK! To not hold our noses & vote “R” just because he’s nominated would then have to face 4 yrs of SOCIALISM; liberal judges (state/county), worse yet, Supreme Court, etc, etc, etc... what choice have we been left with? Huckabee have a chance? Doesn’t appear so, if polls are to be believed, which lately haven’t been that accurate. Does a 3rd party run now & if so, would that aide the “R” factor in anyway or defeat it even worse?

We’ve been ‘lerking’ through the articles & posts for hours today searching for the answer. All we find is who we don’t want & those we wanted are no longer viable choices.

Just when things at home are looking up (Larry finally connected with Viet Vet buddies after 37 yrs & sparked his world, yay) ... things on the outside aren’t so perky.

The lady who wrote this letter is Pam Foster of Pamela Foster and Associates in Atlanta . She's been in business since 1980 doing interior design and home planning. She recently wrote a letter to a family member serving in Iraq ....... Read it!

"Are we fighting a war on terror or aren't we? Was it or was it not started by Islamic people who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001 ?

Were people from all over the world, mostly Americans, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan , across the Potomac from our nation's capitol and in a field in Pennsylvania?

Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn't they?

And I'm supposed to care that a copy of the Koran was "desecrated" when an overworked American soldier kicked it or got it wet?

Well, I don't. I don't care at all.

I'll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.

I'll care when the cowardly so-called "insurgents" in Iraq come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques.

I'll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of nirvana care about the innocent children within range of their suicide bombs.

I'll care when the American media stops pretending that their First Amendment liberties are somehow derived from international law instead of the United States Constitution's Bill of Rights.

In the meantime, when I hear a story about a brave marine roughing up an Iraqi terrorist to obtain information, know this: I don't care.

When I see a fuzzy photo of a pile of naked Iraqi prisoners who have been humiliated in what amounts to a college-hazing incident, rest assured that I don't care.

When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank that I don't care!

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and fed "special" food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being "mishandled," you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts that I don't care!

And oh, by the way, I've noticed that sometimes it's spelled "Koran" and other times "Quran." Well, Jimmy Crack Corn and ---- you guessed it - - I don't care ! ! ! ! !

We pray for him everyday! As a christian, he has done his part in turning the other cheek -- sometimes in my weekness I wish he could 'respond' to those that wish him harm, physically & verbally. However, he has stood strong.
