data for https://covid19.healthdata.org/sweden is being reconstructed after the fact to support IHME's doomsDay projections for Swedin. There projections are being used in the press to try to shutdown the Swedish Economy. They are also trying to suppress the fact that economic shutdowns are not always needed. Here is the fraud in the middle (Daily Deaths) graph for https://covid19.healthdata.org/sweden They are reassigning deaths to different days in April to create supports to their graph fraud. If this was stock prices, this would be securities fraud. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_coronavirus_pandemic_in_Sweden#Statistics Sweden deaths vs . . . Trump should either: 1) Pull a Pelosi and say "Try Again" by flat out vetoing current $2,100,000,000,000 pork filled bill. .. . or . . 2) use Line item veto of the $1,000,000,000,000 in pork. The way I see it 7 new Judges on SCOTUS might see it different than this decision 22 years ago. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinton_v._City_of_New_York

Two SCOTUS cases are being bandied about as weak support for Deem and Pass:Clinton v. City of New York (1998)Field v. Clark (1892) Neither deal directly with the question of "Deem and Pass", but rather with Enrolled Bills that were not exactly the same when passed in both houses. In the 1892 case Field v. Clark :...in regard to certain matters, the constitution expressly requires that they shall be entered on the journal. To what extent the validity of legislative action may be affected by the failure to have those matters entered on the journal we need not inquire. No...

The board that sets U.S. accounting standards on Thursday gave companies more leeway when valuing assets, providing a potential boost to battered banks' balance sheets. The independent Financial Accounting Standards Board voted to adopt new guidelines under the so-called mark-to-market accounting rules, which require companies to value assets at prices reflecting current market conditions. The board was meeting at its headquarters in Norwalk, Conn. The changes will allow the assets to be valued at what they would go for in an "orderly" sale, as opposed to a forced or distressed sale. The new guidelines will apply to the second quarter...

The chief executives of the nation's three largest banks on Friday pushed back against legislation that would heavily tax Wall Street bonuses, the Wall Street Journal reported. ..... Pandit said the proposals would affect "countless" people who would find it difficult to repay their bonuses. He noted that not all workers in the financial services field are to blame for the current economic morass, adding that the banking giant removed the people who are responsible for the company's distress and acted quickly to streamline its business. "The work we have all done to try to stabilize the financial system and...

We must make Barack prove Iran did not give him hundreds of millions with the Don't Ask Don't Tell web donations he laundered. The Don't Ask Don't Tell web-based donation scheme Barack Hussien's campaign set up refused to verify the names of the donors with the credit card numbers they provided. They intentionally omitted the industry standard of the Address Verification System to willfully launder hundreds of millions from sources unknown. How do we know Middle Eastern interests such as Syria, Hezzbollah, Iran, or the Taliban did not buy influence from him or simply buy the election for him? After...

He has used two first names: Barry Barack He has used three last names: Dunham Soetoro Obama As for his middle name he only uses Hussein, but many are fearful of using it so feel free to use a salient substitute. Hussein Dumbo - (gotta love those ears) Marx There are many combinations, here are some situational suggestions: Barack Marx Obama - When he's talking about permanently changing our economy.Barry Dunham - when his plays up white heritage.Barack Soetoro - when his Muslim upbringing comes into play; that dad took him to mosque on a regular basis. ....If Clinton does well or outright wins in Indiana and/or North Carolina this week, if her argument for electability takes hold and if enough party activists are willing to withstand the revolt that would ensue, Clinton could force a vote of the party's bylaws committee to seat the disputed, Clinton-rich delegations of Florida and Michigan and overtake Barack Obama's delegate lead. The Clinton campaign, however, maintains that it has no "secret plan,'' and has posted on its Web-site something on this subject which is included on the jump of this Swamp posting. Read more here, and hear from camp Clnton...

..... Now, I’ve already denounced the comments that had appeared in these previous sermons. As I said, I had not heard them before. And I gave him the benefit of the doubt in my speech in Philadelphia, explaining that he has done enormous good in the church. He has built a wonderful congregation. The people of Trinity are wonderful people, and what attracted me has always been their ministries reach beyond the church walls. But when he states and then amplifies such ridiculous propositions as the U.S. government somehow being involved in AIDS, when he suggests that Minister Farrakhan somehow...

SAN ANGELO, Tex. — It took only a few minutes from the judge’s opening gavel Thursday morning for an emergency court hearing on the fate of 416 children taken by the state from a polygamist compound two weeks ago to dissolve into chaos. About 100 lawyers, for the children, their families and the state, were gathered in the main courtroom at Tom Green County Courthouse; another 100 or so were dispatched to the San Angelo city auditorium three blocks away, and connected to the main courtroom through a video conferencing system. Court exhibits had to be copied and carried between...

He told me his story, which I found quite credible, though for obvious reasons he asked that I not mention his name or certain identifying information. ... The Army captain, a West Point graduate, did a tour in a hot area of eastern Afghanistan from the Summer of 2003 through Spring 2004. .... Prior to deployment the Captain -- then a Lieutenant -- took command of a rifle platoon at Fort Drum. When he took command, the platoon had 39 members, but -- in ones and twos -- 15 members of the platoon were re-assigned to other units. He knows...

McCain considers setting benchmarks for Iraqis By Margaret Talev McClatchy-Tribune Tucson, Arizona | Published: 01.26.2007 WASHINGTON — Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., one of the most stalwart supporters of the war in Iraq, said Thursday that he might propose that the Iraqi government meet certain benchmarks for the United States to continue its engagement. Fellow senators and independent political scientists said McCain's thinking reflected growing concerns within the Republican Party about the course of the war, and also might mark a turning point for the likely 2008 presidential contender, whose previous unconditional backing of the war may have hurt his prospects....

So you've seen the latest message from our favorite goat-toucher Usama bin Laden. In it, he criticizes Americans for reelecting, instead of punishing Bush, as well as harping on Democrats for not securing a retreat out of Iraq. He also mentions global warming and praises Noam Chomsky, the patron saint of the left. It was at this point, I thought I was listening to Keith Olbermann. That's when it dawned on me: bin Laden isn't just a terrorist, he's worse — a liberal! So, when one political party shares a wartime agenda with the guy who's trying to end your...

Negron Signs Going Up The First District Court of Appeal ruled that signs can go up saying a vote for Foley is a vote for Negron, if they also say a vote for Mahoney is a vote for Mahoney. The appellate court both upheld and reversed parts of the lower court which granted an injunction stopping signs from being posted in polling places in counties in the 16th Congressional district. The order prohibits the Secretary of State from posting its signs, which only mention Negron for Foley. The Judges said those signs "suggest favoritism on behalf of the Republican candidate."...

David Segui, a 15-year major league baseball player who last was on an MLB roster in 2004, says he's one of the players whose names were redacted in the IRS affidavit that said Jason Grimsley received two kits of human growth hormone on April 19. In the affidavit, Grimsley told IRS investigators that a player "told him of a doctor in Florida that he was using at a wellness center to obtain human growth hormone ... the player told him, "if you are going to do this, you should do it right." Segui told ESPN's Jeremy Schaap in an interview...

THE PRESIDENT: After September the 11th, I vowed to the American people that our government would do everything within the law to protect them against another terrorist attack. As part of this effort, I authorized the National Security Agency to intercept the international communications of people with known links to al Qaeda and related terrorist organizations. In other words, if al Qaeda or their associates are making calls into the United States or out of the United States, we want to know what they're saying. Today there are new claims about other ways we are tracking down al Qaeda to...

FAIRBANKS -- Sen. Lisa Murkowski said she will vote to confirm Judge Samuel Alito to the U.S. Supreme Court even though she is disappointed in his reluctance to describe the law on abortion as "settled." The senator was in Asia earlier this month and unable to watch much of the hearing when the Senate Judiciary Committee questioned Alito. "But in review of the statements that were made, it goes back to my first impression of the man, an individual who has the credibility, the temperament, certainly the resume," she said. "Is he qualified to serve? Yes."

The White House wants everybody to sit down and shut up about Harriet Miers. She wants to spend the next fortnight cramming in Constitutional Law 101 for her confirmation hearings. That's not a bad idea. ... There are two genius theories. In the first, the White House -- ... -- calculated that a conservative backlash against the nomination would eventually tempt low-lying Democrats to attempt to scuttle the nomination after all, with the help of conservative senators, which would in turn lead the conservatives to reconsider, to calculate that if the Democrats really don't want her that maybe they knew...
