March 4 — Federal authorities have told ABCNEWS that between 10 and 12 names found during the arrest of suspected Sept. 11 planner Khalid Shaikh Mohammed match those of a small group of men already under heavy FBI surveillance in the United States. More arrests could be imminent, they told ABCNEWS. The names were found in materials seized when Mohammed was arrested in Pakistan last weekend. <p>Sergeant Joe Gentile said a police official will meet with the media at 9:30 p.m. in Rock Creek Park near the spot where her remains were found several weeks ago.</p>
Police searched Rep. Gary Condit’s Washington home Tuesday night and asked him to take a polygraph test in connection with the disappearance of former federal intern Chandra Levy. Police Chief Charles Ramsey reiterated that investigators did not consider Condit a suspect in Levy’s disappearance and said the move represented an attempt to “get finality.”
