A 45-year-old Reno woman was arrested on suspicion of trying to hire an undercover detective to cut off her husband's penis, officers said. Margaret Lynn Wilson was accused of initially trying to arrange the murder of her husband before changing her mind and asking that his penis be cut off instead.
