Hey gang, It's me again. I'll maker it short and sweet (yeah, right!). I'm looking to buy an small (<30") LCD but I want to to have -- if at all possible -- closed caption. I just can't find any. So discouraging. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places. Don't they install CC in moderately sized/princed LCD? Or is it now necessary to buy some kind of gizmo to hook up to the TV? Any thoughts and advice appreciated. Thanks, -YD

BID FOR 145% BEER-TAX HIKE WASHINGTON -- Drunk on power and dazed by ambition, members of Congress have stumbled upon a novel way to keep their spending binge rolling -- and leave American taxpayers with the hangover. Under a Senate proposal, Congress would raise the federal excise tax on beer by 145 percent to more than $3 a case. Uncle Sam also would snatch an additional $7 on a case of wine -- a staggering increase of 233 percent and an additional 20 percent on hard liquor sales. "Buzz-kill doesn't even begin to describe this invasion," said a GOP congressional...

PENTAGON ENDS USE OF BIBLES [Quotes] IN BRIEFINGS WASHINGTON - The Pentagon said Monday it no longer includes a Bible quote on the cover page of daily intelligence briefings it sends to the White House as was practice during the Bush administration. ...For a period in 2003, at least, the daily reports prepared for President George W.
