During a Fox News interview, the Florida governor’s wife, Casey DeSantis asks voters from all over America to descend on Iowa and caucus in support of Ron. Casey remarks, “You do not have to be a resident of Iowa to be able to participate in the Caucus.” You cannot legally caucus vote for a candidate in Iowa without being an Iowa resident. Notice how Ron just sits there and lets Casey say something that is transparently false. Martha MacCallum just sits there like a potted plant on behalf of Fox News. Unreal.

Ron DeSantis has replaced his campaign manager Generra Peck, in what is the third major reshuffling of his operations, a campaign spokesperson and a person familiar with the move confirmed to POLITICO. Peck will be shifted to a role of chief strategist as part of the new order. Taking her place atop the campaign will be James Uthmeier, who has served as chief of staff in DeSantis’ governor’s office.

Police in Jupiter, Florida issued Lewandowski a notice Tuesday to appear before a judge on May 4 for the misdemeanor charge. A surveillance video released by the police appears to show Lewandowski grabbing a reporter for Breitbart News as she tried to ask Trump a question during a March 8 campaign event. Danny Kedem quit as Weiner’s campaign point man following a disastrous week on the trail, the New York Times reported this morning.
