How would you feel if your boss came into your office one day and asked if you are supportive of the “LGBT community”?Maybe you are sympathetic to gays who face discrimination but you do not support the overall agenda. Maybe you are a faithful Catholic who accepts the teaching of the Church on homosexuality, that it is disordered and if acted upon, mortally sinful. Maybe you are simply bone weary of the LGBTs jamming their message into your face and the faces of your children all day long. And there is the man who holds your job in his hands...

FRESNO, Calif. (KMJ) -- A parolee is on the run after Fresno County Sheriff's Deputies say he used a stolen truck to take stuff from a business and then dodged bullets from another one of his victims. 28-year-old Randy Grill's criminal odyssey began Wednesday morning when investigators say the man filled the back of that stolen truck with stuff from a business near Kearney and Valentine. People saw him and chased him out of the neighborhood. As he ran, he blew through a stop sign not far away and crashed into a car there. That person chased after him until...

The House Committee on Oversight and Government reform has compiled a scathing report on the Department of Justice's “Operation Choke Point” program that critics believe is aimed at “targeting industries deemed objectionable” by the Obama administration. The report, released Thursday by panel chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., accuses the Justice Department of abusing its authority by going after the payday lending industry and other merchants and working to put them out of business. According to the report, the Justice Department “secretly” discouraged banks from conducting business with groups deemed to be “high risk,” for triggering a federal investigation. Sign Up for...

Four villagers in north-east Kenya have chased down and captured two cheetahs which were killing their goats. The owner of the goats told the BBC that the cheetahs had been picking off his animals one by one, day by day. The men waited until the hottest part of the day before launching the chase over a distance of four miles (6.4km). The cheetahs got so tired they could not run any more. The villagers captured them alive and handed them over to the Kenya Wildlife Service.

Corporations try to use social media to their advantage. Sometimes it works. Most times it fails. Some of those failures are spectacular. Case in point: Today's JP Morgan Chase "Twitter Takeover" of #AskJPM hosted by one of JPM's Vice Chairman. Apparently, the social network still dislikes JP Morgan Chase and let them have it with a level of snarky disdain that caused JPM to "cancel the event", as if that were possible.

(Pictured: Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino with President Obama) You may have your suspicions about what’s going on behind closed doors at the White House. But according to one of President Obama’s former body guards it’s much worse than we can even imagine. Dan Bongino has protected numerous Presidents over his career, including President Obama. He has been within ear-shot of many a discussion in the Oval Office, but up until this administration has stayed out of the lime light. Apparently, however, the activities of this administration are so abhorrent that he could no longer keep quiet. Bongino is so...

The folks in the Obama administration may be unable to run a health-care Web site, but they’re brutally determined and efficient when it comes to squashing those who oppose their policies — as Jamie Dimon is finding out. Today the JP Morgan chief executive could be putting the final touches on a deal with the Obama Justice Department that would make Don Corleone proud. For various alleged financial “crimes” involving the sale of fraudulent mortgages, the nation’s largest bank is slated to fork over $13 billion, admit some culpability and prepare for a barrage of lawsuits from Wall Street ambulance...

Investigators have found indications that the woman who led authorities on a chase from the White House to the Capitol before she was shot to death by police thought that President Barack Obama was stalking her, law enforcement sources told NBC News. The sources said that the woman, Miriam Carey, had a history of mental health problems. The chase, on Thursday afternoon, stirred panic in the capital and briefly stopped the mechanisms of government. It happened two weeks after a man shot 12 people to death at the Washington Navy Yard. Members of the House and Senate, in a standoff...

Chase Bank is in trouble on three separate fronts that I want to relay to you. Sadly though, nobody is going to jail for the continued criminality. First up, Chase is facing charges of fraud in the sales of bonds in mortgage markets. The feds are seeking fines of roughly $20 billion. As you might expect, Chase is pushing back. We'll see if this charges winds up only amounting to a silly civil action, or if finally the government will get some backbone and issue indictments. Now, you may say, what do I care what Chase did to rich people...

A dozen Cleveland police supervisors face internal discipline charges stemming from a chase that saw officers fire 137 shots and kill a fleeing driver and his passenger, the city's police chief said Tuesday. The supervisors failed to take control of the 19-mile chase that began outside police headquarters and wound through neighborhoods before ending in a barrage of gunfire, Chief Michael McGrath said. An internal police review showed that both officers and supervisors broke department policies. The chief said a review is continuing into whether any officers will be disciplined. The supervisors facing internal discipline are a police captain, a...

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A November car chase ended in a "full blown-out" firefight, with glass and bullets flying, according to Cleveland police officers who described for investigators the chaotic scene at the end of the deadly 25-minute pursuit. But when the smoky haze -- caused by rapid fire of nearly 140 bullets in less than 30 seconds -- dissipated, it soon became clear that more than a dozen officers had been firing at one another across a middle school parking lot in East Cleveland. Soon after the shooting stopped, one officer rushed to check the two occupants of the 1979...
