I recently came upon an excellent montage that undeniably lays bare the scam-in-a-suit that is Sean Hannity. The first half of the clip shows Hannity shilling at the top of his lungs on Fox News for the PATRIOT Act/NSA surveillance in the post-9/11 panic that included, among many other Orwellian provisions, wiretapping of U.S. citizens with no probable cause as required by the Constitution. The second half shows Hannity turning on a dime once Obama is in office, suddenly developing a deeply-held belief in 4th Amendment protections: “As law-abiding U.S. citizens, you have a right to privacy.” (I recognize and...

Since Rush's passing I have found it very hard to find a substitute to listen to. Rush is irreplaceable but searching the Internet I have come across some people that I look forward to watching every time they post something. The most popular one I have found is Mark Dice. He has some really cutting humor much as Rush was capable of delivering on a daily basis. He has some great insights as well. The sleeper that I have found is Brittany Hughes on MRC-TV. She is brilliant. She is the mother of two and the wife of a soldier....

This is Week 12 of Season 3 in my 13 Weeks of Wild Man Writing and Radical Reading Series . Every week day I try to blog about compelling writers, their ideas, and the news cycle’s most interesting headlines. This Top 10 list is the series’ climax for this year, a project I’ve been planning since first asking the question December 5, 2012 . What is the future of conservatism? Which voices should define the priorities of the movement in the coming decades? Who are its most skilled proponents today? How should the movement evolve to face the threats...

The legendary George Putnam is 92 years young and a veteran of 72 years as a reporter, broadcaster and commentator... and is still going strong. George can be heard on simulcast coast-to-coast via Cable Radio Network (CRN) and KCCA, 1050 AM in San Bernardino, CA. and KCAA in Los Angeles. Always dedicated and hard working, George rose up from humble beginnings in St. Paul, Minnesota to build an illustrious career, which began on his 20th birthday in 1934 at WDGY, Minneapolis. Since then he has worked as a newsman, reporter and commentator for most of the major broadcasting organizations in...

It almost happened last week. Thursday brought an email from a producer for the cable network CNBC. "Hi Mike, would you be available for a tv interview tonight with John Seigenthaler on CNBC? We're putting together a segment on this whole selective indignation/outrage in Iraq. This segment would be taped at 7:15pm. Looking forward to hearing from you." Finally, a chance to indoctrina. . . I mean, address a large, nationwide audience. And on the same network that Maria "the Money Honey" Bartiromo appears on. Who could ask for more? It could have been great, and perhaps marked a turning...
