EL PASO, Texas -- Federal agents raided the home of El Paso County Commissioner Willie Gandara Jr. in Socorro Wednesday night. Gandara was taken into custody and charged with federal drug trafficking charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and conspiracy. El Paso County Jail records show that he is being held without bond.
