Last week, Capitol Police reported arresting a man on Capitol grounds whose behavior drew suspicions from officers. The man turned out to be armed with a machete, a butcher knife and a brick. Police in Washington, D.C., are searching for the armed suspects who allegedly stole three French bulldogs out for a walk with their owner. According to a police report, around 4 p.m. Tuesday, the victim reported he was walking in an alley in the 5200 block of East Capitol Street, when three suspects jumped out of a blue minivan and approached him, all armed with handguns and rifles.
