A witness to a police officer's fatal shooting of Michael Brown last summer in Ferguson, Missouri, has filed a lawsuit alleging that he was wrongly stopped and fired on during the encounter on a city street. The lawsuit, filed last week by Dorian Johnson, claims that the officer, Darren Wilson, fired at him and Brown as they ran away from him on Aug. 9. The lawsuit claims Wilson targeted him without probable cause. "Officer Wilson acted with either deliberate indifference and/or reckless disregard toward" Johnson, the lawsuit says. The suit also cited many of the Departmet of Justice findings, arguing...

Dorian Johnson is making headlines yet again. For those who aren’t familiar with Johnson, he was the key witness in the controversial Ferguson case. He actually witnessed the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Michael Brown on Aug. 9. But, that’s not all. His claims also sparked the national protesting mantra, “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” since Johnson stated Brown had his hands up and asked Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson not to shoot him. However, details about Johnson’s claims later proved that the unarmed teen did not have his hands up. Now, another report has revealed more flaws in Johnson’s claims, reports...

Since the night St. Louis Country prosecutor Bob McCullough announced that police officer Darren Wilson would face no charges in the death of unarmed black teen Michael Brown and released thousands of documents in connection to the case, many interested parties have combed through the pages and analyzed them, trying to get a sense of why the grand jury decided not to indict. CNN recently did a comprehensive breakdown of Ferguson witness reports which showed how witnesses on both sides presented conflicting information, changed their stories, and some lied under oath. Some witnesses testimony, like that of Dorian Johnson, the...

The man who coined the slogan ‘Hands Up Don’t Shoot’ has landed a government job. Dorian Johnson infamously known as Michael Brown’s accomplice in the strong armed robbery of a convenience store, was captured in surveillance video stealing Swisher Sweets cigarillos minutes before Officer Darren Wilson fatally shot Michael Brown. Johnson was also walking with Brown when they were stopped in the street by Wilson. Johnson was the man who falsely stated that Michael Brown was shot from behind as he surrendered himself to the officer. Autopsy results disproved the claim and showed that Michael brown was forward facing when...

The father of the “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot,” slogan has just been employed by the United States government. Dorian Johnson initially said that his friend had put his hands in the air and said to Darren Wilson: 'I don't have a gun, stop shooting.' DeAndre Joshua, 20, fits the social profile of an eye-witness who gave a police/FBI statement and testified before the Grand Jury in the Mike Brown shooting case. He was an employed black male, with no history of drug use or illicit behavior. He was also a friend of Dorian Johnson who is currently under protection… …Several of the eye-witnesses, who gave honest testimony to the Grand Jury, were, according to their own statements, warned immediately after the shooting to keep their mouths shut. All of the eye-witnesses were African American. If you read the reports the sense of fear about...

MSNBC evening host Chris Hayes recorded yet another interview on the Ferguson situation yesterday, this time with Michael Brown’s friend and fellow convenience store robber Dorian Johnson. Early on, he begins reading selected excerpts from the testimony of Officer Darren Wilson and then asking Johnson to give his version of events. One of the early examples is where Hayes reads Wilson’s description of how it all started. (Go to roughly the three minute mark in the linked video for this. I won’t embed it here for you, as it is set to autoplay only.) CHRIS HAYES: [Officer Wilson] says,...

Ann Coulter: Would It Kill You To Hire More Black Cops? (Yes) Ann Coulter August 27, 2014 As the story of Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson’s shooting of Michael Brown begins to look less clear-cut than we were led to believe by Brown’s friend, Dorian Johnson, the “voices of oppression” on MSNBC now say the real issue is that there aren’t enough blacks on the Ferguson police force. As Brown may or may not have said seconds before his death: I give up. If the Ferguson police are forced to hire more minorities and women for the sake of...

Ultimately they failed. Try as they did, the liberal liars at the Washington Post weren’t able to hide the most important fact about Michael Brown’s savage attempt to kill Police Officer Darren Wilson. What the WaPo could not bring itself to report until after it had obscured the truth with over 2000 words was that the autopsy performed by the federal government, the third such procedure, confirmed that the “eye witness” in the case lied. The dead thug was not shot in the back while he was on his knees with his hands up peacefully surrendering to the Officer’s commands....

Recent analysis shows that Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson, besides being Brown’s accomplice in the convenience store robbery just minutes before, may have also helped Brown in the physical fight against officer Darren Wilson which took place at (and inside) Wilson’s patrol vehicle. This is completely contrary to Johnson’s statements portraying himself merely as a witness to the fight. It’s also extremely important news, which the corrupted news-reporting profession refuses to report. The unpaid super-sleuths at The Conservative Treehouse are once again blowing to smithereens the usual left-wing race hoax media narrative: Just as they did last year, when they...

CROWDSOURCING REQUEST – Located within this inital media feed video of the Ferguson shooting various rumors and speculations can be dispelled: 1. The Reporter outlines how several (5 or 6) shots were fired after the arrival of the media. Hence the initial problem for the Police securing, and processing, the crime scene. This was part of the delay in morgue body recovery. 2. Clearly you can see Officer Darren Wilson’s POLICE SUV being removed by flatbed tow truck as it was evidence in the shooting. 3. Almost every “eye witness”, as well as Dorian’s mom, can be seen (albeit quickly)...

Crime: Attorney General Eric Holder's star witness in the allegedly racist police shooting of a black St. Louis teen is a hoodlum with a history of making false statements to police. Dorian Johnson, 22, the main source of the media's racist cop narrative, has lost all credibility. So why is Holder still taking his testimony? And why isn't he behind bars? An ABC News affiliate in St. Louis reported that Johnson is wanted in Jefferson City, Mo., on a 2011 theft charge and also for filing a false police report that same year. Johnson allegedly gave a bogus name and...
