Commentary: A look at favored sectors is a piece of the puzzleNEW YORK (MarketWatch) — Using each candidate’s focus industries, we can glean clues as to whom the market thinks is going to win While trading sites such as Intrade allow traders to place actual money bets on which candidate will win the presidency for the next four years, public opinion is also manifested in the stock market. There are probably as many ways to analyze what the stock market thinks as there are analysts, but my favorite is looking at each candidate’s favorite initiatives. To be clear, I am...

  • Funny business in Philly: GOP officials booted, Black Panthers return -- and Obama at polling site?

A Pennsylvania judge is issuing an order to reinstate Republican election officials across Philadelphia who allegedly were ejected or refused entry by on-site Democratic voting chief judges, GOP officials tell Fox News.  One Republican official claimed that "just under 70" Republican election officials were blocked from Philadelphia polling sites Tuesday morning by Democrats on site. One of them, the official claimed, "was shoved out of the polling place."  Read more: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/11/06/judge-issuing-order-to-reinstate-booted-philadelphia-election-officials/#ixzz2BSniZh8A

Call them “Seal Team November 6.” Special operations veterans, including former Navy Seals, Delta Force will be called back into action on Election Day to make certain there’s no voter intimidation at the polls. Philadelphia is a prime target. Former Navy Captain Benjamin Brink is leading the operation. “The nation saw the video of members of the Black Panthers in Philadelphia intimidating people trying to vote in 2008,” Brink told me when I interviewed him during my radio show on IQ 106.9. “We are going to try and make certain that nothing like that happens this year.” Brink claims to...
  • Obama’s Black Panthers Are Back Intimidating Voters

Racist thugs camped outside polling places is not voter intimidation… when they’re black racist thugs. Obama’s Atty General Eric Holder got these particular racist thugs off hoping for exactly this outcome. The New Black Panther Party would not be intimidating voters if the Justice Department had not aggressively intervened on their behalf. Had their prior voter intimidation acts led to serious consequences, we would not be seeing this now. This is voter intimidation arranged for by the Obama Administration with hardly enough plausible deniability to wrap a microdot in. And the Black Panthers aren’t just outside the polling places. They’re...

AND NOW . . . amidst billowing clouds of fragrant, aromatic first- and second-hand premium cigar smoke. . . it is time for . . . that harmless, lovable little fuzz ball, the highly-trained broadcast specialist, having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have, from behind the golden EIB microphone, firmly ensconced in the prestigious Attila-the-Hun chair at the Limbaugh Institute of Advanced Conservative Studies, serving humanity simply by showing up, and he’s not retiring until every American agrees with him, do NOT doubt him, with shrieks of joy at the mere mention of his name...

The woman also has quite the knack for being as far away from Washington, DC as humanly possible whenever anything bad is about to happen to Democrats. Have you noticed this? * November 2nd, 2010 — While Democrats were being roasted by voters stateside in the Midterm elections, Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton was dancing by a fire in Papua New Guinea having a pig roast on the beach. Laughing and smiling and laughing some more. I wonder what she named the pig before they cooked it? * September 4-6th, 2012 — During the bizarre yelling and shouting and baby-killing festival...
  • Experts: Team Obama Should Root for Hurricane Sandy to Interrupt Election

It's been called "snowicane" and "worse than the perfect storm," and it could knock out power in the mid-Atlantic through Election Day. Hurricane Sandy hasn't even made it past the Bahamas yet, but Sandy, or any natural disaster around Election Day, could wreak extreme havoc on the election, experts say. [PHOTOS: Hurricane Sandy Threatens Caribbean] Political scientists have long studied the effects of rain and inclement weather on voter turnout and, not surprisingly, have found many people would rather stay at home than brave the weather. But more extreme storms or natural disasters that affect an entire state or region...
