  • The end of Hillary Clinton as we’ve known her

Since Hillary Clinton stepped down as secretary of state in February of 2013, she’s done more or the less the same thing every week: Give speeches, collect awards, promote her book and charitable projects, and coyly dodge questions about whether she’ll run for president in 2016. That all changes today. Monday marks the last day that Clinton, who tends to plan appearances months in advance, has any public appearances on her calendar. It’s the end of Clinton as we’ve known her. The next time she emerges publicly, Clinton is likely to be a candidate for president.

WHEN IS (WAS) THE GREAT TRIBULATION? by Charles S. Meek “And they will deliver YOU up to tribulation. . . .” (Matthew 24:9) “For these are the days of vengeance, to fulfill all that is written.” (Luke 21:22) “For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of the whole EARTH.” (Luke 21:35) The Olivet Discourse contains the greatest body of prophecy in the New Testament outside of Revelation. It is found in the parallel passages of Matthew 24/25, Mark 13, and Luke 21. The above passages in the Olivet Discourse are referring to the Great Tribulation at...

There is extraordinary disagreement among Christians about eschatology, that is, Bible prophecy. One concept among many about eschatology is the so-called “last days” or “end times.” The end of time seems to hold a particular fascination for American Evangelicals who are wrapped up in rapture theology. They curiously find hope in an expected destruction of the planet and its replacement with a utopia in which even carnivorous animals will take up vegetarianism. It is simply taken for granted that the Bible predicts and explains an end of time, and that there is no number of elapsed centuries spent waiting for...

There are upcoming events which will EXPONENTIALLY OVERTAKE this present day very shortly that will cause this godless evil world (conservative-progressive) to come "face to Face" with REALITY and its ETERNAL RIGHTEOUS Creator (Rev. 6-19). The world in which we live today with all of its global politics, super advanced technology, secularism, religiousness (unrighteous fallen spiritual philosophies), godless goals, anti Christ aspirations, anarchy, licentious ambitions, destructive addictions, godless delusions, lawlessness, violence, cruelty, moral relativism, demonic euphemisms, demon worship, rejection of absolutes (moral and RIGHTEOUS), Utopian dreams, hyper-immorality and barbarity has FULLY EXCLUDED Almighty God and His RIGHTEOUSNESS and WILL NOT...

Dear friends, praying (petitioning) for our nation (1 Timothy 2:1-4), having Tea Parties, calling our representatives and elected officials, being up to date on the issues, living out our Judeo/ Christian ideals, etc... is all fine and dandy, but DO NOT deceive yourselves into thinking that all of this effort and wishful thinking will re-establish a “Christian” conservative America or a “Christian” conservative utopia today here on earth, with the gullible imagination that we will all live happily ever after. Again my friend, we have passed the point of no return in this regard. The steak has been left out...

Obama’s blatantly unconstitutional moves on immigration have reached new heights. I did not see this one coming: Friday’s White House meeting with the presidents of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador came as the administration considered creating a pilot program giving refugee status to young people from Honduras. White House officials said the plan would involve screening youths in their home countries to determine whether they qualify for refugee status. The program would be limited and would start in Honduras but could be expanded to include other Central American countries. Notice my emphasis above. They are going to use this in...

President Barack Obama slipped into Afghanistan for a surprise visit Sunday and made clear that the U.S. will likely maintain a limited role here even after its combat mission ends this year and America’s longest war comes to a close. “America’s commitment to the people of Afghanistan will endure,” he pledged. Speaking to troops gathered in an airplane hangar on this sprawling military base, Obama said the war had reached a pivotal point, with Afghan forces assuming primary responsibility for their country’s security. But while many of the 32,800 U.S. forces now in Afghanistan will leave in the coming months,...

A high-ranking official with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has declared in an interview with PBS that the age of antibiotics has come to an end. 'For a long time, there have been newspaper stories and covers of magazines that talked about "The end of antibiotics, question mark?"' said Dr Arjun Srinivasan. 'Well, now I would say you can change the title to "The end of antibiotics, period.”' The associate director of the CDC sat down with Frontline over the summer for a lengthy interview about the growing problem of antibacterial resistance. Srinivasan, who is also featured in...

A four day hostage crisis ended Saturday in a final assault by Algerian special forces on a group of Islamic terrorists who were holed up, along with dozens of hostages, in a gas facility in the country. The forces stormed the complex resulting in the deaths of at least 19 hostages and 29 Islamist terrorists. The Niger terrorist believed to lead the al-Qaeda splinter group, Abdul Rahman al-Nigeri, is reported...among those killed.

I think everyone agrees we're nearing the final days of the Earth as we know it. But what signs have you seen? Jews gathering in Israel to me was a huge sign that we're very close. You also see radical Islamists taking over Middle Eastern governments one by one. Once they have a majority I would suspect it won't be much longer. When will Israel attack Iran? All bets are that it happens before the election for a couple of reasons. A winter strike would be impossible. Plus, the Israeli's aren't taking the chance that Obama gets re-elected. Plus.. October...
  • Exclusive: Low ratings could end cable deal for Gore's Current TV

(Reuters) - Al Gore's Current TV has bigger problems to deal with than a potential lawsuit from fired news anchor Keith Olbermann - namely not getting kicked off Time Warner Cable for low ratings. According to three sources with knowledge of the situation, Time Warner Cable Inc's carriage agreement with Current TV stipulates that, if the left-leaning political news network fails to meet a minimum threshold for overall viewers in a given quarter, financial penalties such as Current TV being required to increase marketing and promotion spending on the cable operator's systems are triggered. If Current TV misses the audience...

Every year Planned Parenthood receives hundreds of millions of dollars in taxpayer funding. Along with the strong majority of Americans who oppose taxpayer funding of abortion, we find this situation completely unacceptable. Not only is Planned Parenthood the largest killer of innocent unborn human life in America, but it has also been repeatedly found to violate basic laws designed to protect the safety of our underage children. In addition, Planned Parenthood regularly posts large profits. To us it is perfectly clear: Planned Parenthood does not need and does not deserve our money. We demand that Congress immediately pass legislation defunding...

It was surprising to hear Rush Limbaugh say the words, “I don’t have the guts to bring it up,” but he did, on November 8th, to his massive radio audience. Rush Limbaugh lacking the guts to address something publicly? Rush Limbaugh not willing to tackle controversy? Really? He was responding to a statement by a caller named Lawrence as they discussed Joe Paterno and the scandal at Penn State. CALLER: “What’s that?” RUSH: “Nobody has the guts to actually give the explanation for what was going on and why there was trepidation in reporting it, and that's all I'll say....

The White House called for an end to the political gridlock blamed for the first-ever US credit rating downgrade as allies voiced confidence in the world's largest economy. Standard & Poor's cut the US rating for the first time in history Friday, by one notch from its top-flight triple-A to AA+, saying US politicians were increasingly unable to manage the country's huge fiscal deficit and debt. The agency added a negative outlook, warning there was a chance the rating could be downgraded further within two years if progress is not made in balancing the country's lopsided finances. Washington's allies in...

It's a cliche — but true — that a huge obstacle to a stronger economic recovery is the lack of confidence in a strong recovery. If consumers and businesses were more confident, they would be spending, hiring and lending more freely. Even a slight relaxation might do wonders for the subpar nature of the expansion, highlighted by May's meager 54,000 increase in payroll jobs. Instead, we're deluged with reports suggesting that, because the recession was so deep, it will take many years to regain anything like the pre-crisis prosperity. Just last week, the McKinsey Global Institute, research arm of the...

Here we go again—Judgment Day. This time Harold Camping called it for this weekend, May 21. His billboard ads read: “The Bible Guarantees It!” We even heard this mentioned this week on CNBC, of all places. Confused Christians have been calling for the end of the world for a very long time, embarrassing themselves and the rest of Christianity. Did you know that the Bible does not even mention the end of the physical universe? I’m sure this will come to a shock to Christians who do not know their Bible. So let’s take a look.

What are you afraid of, Mr. President? I know it must be tough dragging yourself to these glitzy fund-raisers and mingling with rich people who shower you with money and affection. Who needs an unfriendly reporter shouting an unscripted question at you, or checking to see whether any of the guests are getting government contracts? We all know Obama has an aversion to tough questions. During the campaign, he would refuse to engage with most local media, and reporters who camped out at the rope line got a stern talking-to from a campaign staffer. But using the White House press...

The International Monetary Fund has just dropped a bombshell, and nobody noticed. For the first time, the international organization has set a date for the moment when the “Age of America” will end and the U.S. economy will be overtaken by that of China. And it’s a lot closer than you may think. According to the latest IMF official forecasts, China’s economy will surpass that of America in real terms in 2016 — just five years from now. Put that in your calendar. It provides a painful context for the budget wrangling taking place in Washington, D.C., right now. It...
