It was all a setup. From Ray Epps – to opening the magnetic doors from the inside – to the dozens of fed operatives in the crowd – to Ginger Gun – to firing flash bombs and gas canisters on unsuspecting grandmas and seniors – to the mass arrests of hundreds of innocent Trump supporters who were waved into the US Capitol. Now we have the proof that it was all a setup and the entire thing was filmed by a pre-staged camera crew. On Thursday CNN released never-before-seen footage of Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell inside the US Capitol...

We need to understand that all the persecution and prosecution we’re seeing now is intended to elicit a violent response. The brilliant Julie Kelly has a great essay summarizing the Biden administration’s accelerating persecution and prosecution of Republicans who dared question a bizarre presidential election that broke with all norms going back more than two centuries. Kelly believes, as I do, that this is going to end with Donald Trump’s indictment. My guess is the indictment will take place before the election because Democrats want to trigger a violent response that will justify halting the elections and, possibly, imposing some...

In a filing late Monday, the Justice Department agreed to one of the choices for a special master put forward by former president Donald Trump to review documents seized from Mar-a-Lago.Judge Raymond J. Dearie, who was one of two choices submitted by Trump’s legal team, would review all of the documents if Judge Aileen Cannon approves the pick. Cannon had previously requested that both Trump and the Justice Department offer up candidates to serve as special master.According to the Washington Post, Dearie has a long record of serving in the criminal justice system.Dearie, 78, still serves as a judge in...

Simone Gold is a fighter for medical freedom. Many Americans first learned of her when in July of 2020 Gold, who founded America’s Frontline Doctors, spoke along with other doctors at a Washington, DC press conference. The doctors challenged the coronavirus party line that had been pushed relentlessly in America over the preceding few months. That press conference, at which Gold spoke first among the doctors and served as the master of ceremonies, was a refreshing breakthrough of the voice of dissident doctors challenging the coronavirus crackdown and the accompanying propaganda campaign. Gold and her organization continued fighting for medical...

2009 executive order stripped prior presidents' standing to maintain executive privilege. Court hearing Friday in Navarro case could challenge that. White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su was a busy man, at least when it came to carrying out President Joe Biden's wish to eliminate former President Donald Trump's claims that materials and testimony from his presidency were covered by executive privilege. Su sent letters to former Trump adviser Steve Bannon last October and former advisers Peter Navarro and Gen. Mike Flynn in February informing them that the incumbent president had waived any claims Trump might have that testimony or evidence...

Sources close to former President Donald Trump have confirmed to Breitbart News that the General Services Administration (GSA) packed the boxes of documents he took with him to Mar-a-Lago, not political staffers. Shortly after the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago this month, reportedly to reclaim documents Donald Trump had taken from the White House in January 2021, journalist David Martosko announced that a source close to the former president confirmed the documents were boxed by government staffers in the GSA, not Trump’s own staffers. “A person very close to Donald Trump tells me it’s indeed true what’s being bandied about Twitter —...

A new report is shedding light on exactly how the DOJ investigation into Donald Trump over supposed “classified documents” at Mar-a-Lago got started. The FBI recently raided the former president’s Florida home, claiming possible violations of the Espionage Act and other national security concerns. What flowed after the unprecedented action was a series of coordinated leaks from inside the government meant to make Trump look guilty of crimes. But how did things get that far?Apparently, it started with the National Archives, which is run by a partisan hack who decided to treat Trump differently from all other presidents before him. When...

The FBI has made a complete mess of that supposed kidnap plot, because it was their own. With the raid on Mar-A-Lago developing into a bigger and bigger PR problem for the DOJ and the FBI, there might in fact be a benefit to it as well. It could serve as a distraction away from another mess they have created. Recently, I was a guest host for the Pete Kaliner show and at one point I covered the Senate hearing taking place with FBI director Christopher Wray. One aspect I mentioned that day was how the head of the Detroit field...

At the request of the defense, the judge on Friday instructed the jury in the Gov. Gretchen Whitmer kidnap trial about what entrapment means - though his instructions on what it doesn't mean may help the prosecution. At issue: Did the defendants show any reluctance, the judge noted, or were they already willing participants? "The crucial question in entrapment cases is whether the government persuaded a defendant who was not already willing to commit the crime to go ahead and commit it," U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker told jurors, who are set to begin deliberations next week in the retrial...

Shared hotel rooms. Fake militias. Booze and pot. Planted evidence. Phony bomb makers. Criminal FBI informants. Wife-beating wife-swappers. No, that’s not the latest iteration of the “X Files” but the real-life drama of the FBI-concocted scheme to “kidnap” Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020. The better-than-television saga is again unfolding in a Grand Rapids courtroom this month as the Department of Justice retries two men charged with conspiring to kidnap Whitmer right before the 2020 presidential election. In April, prosecutors failed to win a single conviction in one of the government’s biggest domestic terror investigations in decades. A jury acquitted...

Physician, lawyer, mother, and founder of America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) Simone Gold is serving a 60-day prison sentence for a nonviolent misdemeanor — unlawful entry to and remaining in a restricted area of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper also ordered her to pay a $9,500 fine, and she will remain on federally supervised release for one year following her prison term. She described her arrest days after the January 6 incident as a “violent assault,” saying that an “FBI SWAT team raided my home with assault rifles and a battering ram.” She...

A New Orleans woman is facing murder-for-hire charges after she inadvertently tried to book a hitman to take out a love rival on a website that is linked to the FBI. Zandra Ellis, 33, was taken into custody by the feds this week in the parking lot of a Waffle House in Louisiana after discussing the hit with an undercover agent, according to the criminal complaint in the case. Ellis made contact with Rent-A-Hitman.com on June 30 using a fake name, Jasmine D. Brown, the documents state. In her inquiry, Ellis said that she wanted a woman identified only as...

In October of 2020, 13 men were charged in connection with a plot to kidnap the Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer. Six people were charged in federal court and Michigan’s own Dirty Dana Nessel charged another seven in state court. Of the defendants who chose to contest the charges, the government is batting 0-4 so far. Two defendants had a mistrial declared after juries were unable to reach a verdict, and two were found not guilty today. As more information comes out about the plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer, it’s becoming increasingly clear that the FBI played an instrumental role...

In a shocking twist, a gaggle of white men accused of conspiring to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in the weeks before the 2020 presidential election dodged convictions on Friday. After five days of deliberations, a Michigan jury acquitted Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta of several charges, including conspiracy, for what prosecutors said was a depraved scheme born out of anti-government anger at the Democratic leader’s COVID-19 restrictions. The jury, however, could not come to a consensus on the other two defendants and alleged ring leaders of the plot—Adam Fox and Barry Croft—and thus their cases may end in a...

Grand Rapids. Mich. (WOOD)--While the jury in the governor kidnapping conspiracy trial has deliberated in room in downtown Grand Rapids for four days, the nearby federal courtroom has been mostly empty, except for relatives of the suspects. Families of Daniel Harris, Brandon Caserta and Adam Fox have sat on the wooden benches on the "defense" side of the sixth-floor courtroom of Chief U.S. District Court Judge Robert J. Jonker, some working on word puzzles, all waiting for any word, brought together by the alleged deeds of their sons or brothers. Barry Croft Jr, who is from Delaware, is the only...

...the government's case against these 14 alleged extremists relies on work done by at least a dozen government informants and undercover FBI agents whose extensive involvement in the plot calls into question whether it would have moved forward at all without the government's prodding. Some of these government actors took lead roles in organizing the supposed plot—one of the informants (Big Dan) was even paid $54,000 by the FBI. Taken together, these and other details raise the strong possibility that the militia members were victims of entrapment on the part of the FBI. Indeed, the revelations have prompted considerable, welcome...

(The Center Square) – A defense attorney for one of the five men accused of plotting to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer asked in a new filing that the court require the government to obtain orders of use immunity of the FBI agents and confidential human sources. Scott Graham, the attorney for alleged extremist Kaleb Franks, wrote that the “illegal and unethical” use of confidential informants complicates the case. The request follows three lead sting FBI agents who won’t be testifying in the March 8 trial in Grand Rapids. Former lead FBI agent Richard Trask was arrested on a domestic violence...
