Fargo Police have their guns drawn and are ordering two men to the ground with their hands up near the Cork N' Cleaver in Fargo. REDDING (CBS SF) – An earthquake with magnitude of 5.1 was reported but never hit the Redding area overnight. The United States Geological Survey reported the quake just after midnight, seven miles outside of Lewiston, just under Buckeye Ridge at Clair Engle Lake. WASHINGTON (WJLA/AP) - A U.S. Capitol Police spokeswoman says a bomb squad has safely destroyed a pressure cooker found in a "suspicious" vehicle left unattended near the Capitol building and that the vehicle's owner has been arrested. Lt. Kimberly A. Schneider told The Associated Press by email that officers on patrol spotted the parked, unoccupied vehicle Sunday on a street on the National Mall west of the Capitol and an odor of gasoline was also detected. She says a bomb squad "disrupted the items of concern in the vehicle including the pressure cooker," producing a loud bang about 7:45 p.m....

A fire station was quarantined and a police station evacuated Friday evening after a man claiming to be from Africa showed up at the Baton Rouge Police precinct on Highland Road ill. Police said, given the current situation with Ebola across the globe and the events in Texas, they decided to take precautionary measures. The measures included calling medical responders, HAZMAT and evacuating the police station between downtown and LSU. (CBS) — It was stunning for those who watched Thursday night as federal agents investigated a possible nuclear threat at Chicago’s Ogilvie Transportation Center. CBS 2′s photojournalist Lana Hinshaw-Klann happened to be at the scene and used a cell-phone camera to record agents in action. Reporter Dave Savini looks into what agents were looking for and what they found. Sources say the agents were members of the elite TSA VIPR team on the 5:04pm Union Pacific West line. OSAKA (AFP) - Extremely high levels of radiation were detected in water leaking from reactor two of the stricken Fukushima nuclear plant, forcing the evacuation of workers, its operator said Sunday. NEW ORLEANS -- The Coast Guard says a miles-long patch of discolored goop floating in the Gulf of Mexico appears to be caused by river sediment. The Coast Guard tested the patch Sunday and found only trace amounts of petroleum that were well below the state of Louisiana's standard for clean water. A news release says The Coast Guard believes the discoloration is the result of sediments brought down the Mississippi River.

Brook Park police and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department have been called to NASA Glenn Research Center.
