On February 2, 2022, the Georgia Senate Committee on the Judiciary voted 6-3 to pass SB 319, the Georgia Constitutional Carry Act. SB 319 now goes to the full Senate for a vote. 31 of 56 Georgia State Senators have signed on as sponsors of the bill.
