Recently, during a radio show on which I appeared as a guest, a caller posed a question I frequently get asked: “Do the administration of cross-gender hormones and genital surgery change a boy into a girl or a girl into a boy?” The answer is simple: biologically, not at all. Underneath all the cosmetic procedures, vocal training, and hair growth or hair removal lies a physical reality. Biologically, the person has not changed from a man into a woman or vice versa. Sex is an indelible fact of a person’s biology. Specifically, it describes one’s biological makeup with respect to...

The complaint alleges that the Heritage Oak Private Education school in Yorba Linda “unlawfully discriminated against Nikki,” and elaborates: “Heritage Oak repudiated Nikki’s core identity. It refused to use the name, pronoun, and gender corresponding to Nikki’s gender identity, required Nikki to wear the boy’s uniform and use the boy’s restroom, and failed to address the bullying that Nikki was subjected to because of her gender identity and gender expression.” The complaint also describes the harm that Nikki allegedly suffered: Seven-year-old Nikki became depressed and talked about self-harm; she isolated herself socially and would not play with other children at...

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The first U.S. inmate to have taxpayer-funded sex reassignment surgery says she's been mistreated since being transferred to a California women's prison, where she now has a beard and mustache because officials have denied her a razor. In a hand-written federal court filing, convicted killer Shiloh Heavenly Quine called her new housing at the Central California Women's Facility in Chowchilla a "torture unit." She said she's unnecessarily isolated from other inmates and denied basic items. (snip) Quine, 57, had the surgery she had long sought in January and was moved from a men's prison last month. She...

The Boy Scouts of America said on Monday the group would begin accepting transgender boys, bucking its more than a century-old practice of using the gender stated on a birth certificate to determine eligibility. "Starting today, we will accept and register youth in the Cub and Boy Scout programs based on the gender identity indicated on the application," Boy Scouts of America communications director Effie Delimarkos said in an emailed statement. Delimarkos' cited shifting definitions of gender under state laws, which can "vary widely from state to state," in explaining the change.

Back in October I wrote about the announcement that the Supreme Court would be hearing the case of G.G. v. Gloucester County School Board. This is the long awaited “transgender bathroom law†challenge to the Obama administration’s reinterpretation of Title IX law which sought to morph the definition of “sex†to include the SJW concept of gender identity. At the time I expressed concern over both how a split court might rule on the science behind the question as well as the possibility that they would dodge the fundamental questions entirely and choose to narrowly rule on the legal...

More than twice as many minors as expected have expressed a desire to change their gender this year. Since January, the Sexology Clinic in Copenhagen has offered hormone treatment to minors who feel like they were born in the wrong body. […] In Denmark, children as young as 12 can receive hormone suppressors, also known as puberty blockers, to stunt the growth of sexual organs and suppress developments like facial hair for boys and menstruation for girls. The effects of the blockers are reversible. Once minors reach the age of 16, they can receive full hormone treatment that is largely...

Fernando Machado and Diane Rodriguez have become a father and mother after Fernando, who was born Maria, gave birth to a healthy baby. Neither he nor Diane, who used to be a man, has undergone gender reassignment surgery, meaning they were able to conceive. Fernando told the BBC about his range of emotions when they found out about the pregnancy. Diane added: ‘Being a mother was never something I thought I would do because I am a transsexual.’ Last year, the Mirror reported that the pair met via social media, and Fernando moved to Ecuador from Venezuela to be with...

A child psychiatrist is shedding light on the issue of transgenderism after a Texas mother asked a school to adopt a transgender bathroom policy to accommodate her kindergartener. South African runner Caster Semenya dominated the women’s 800-meter final Saturday in Rio, finishing well ahead of the competition to take home the gold medal. Semenya is widely believed to be “intersex,” defined by the United Nations as people born with sex characteristics “that do not fit typical binary notions of male or female bodies.” The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) last summer suspended International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF) rules prohibiting athletes who exceed a testosterone threshold from competing in women’s track and field events, clearing the way for Semenya to compete in Rio. The CAS ruling claimed...

Father's Day propaganda. Boston Globe photo of "transgender dad" at work. The incoherent war on truth continues. On Father’s Day the Boston Globe, the major newspaper in New England, featured a lavish front-page article about a father who had “transitioned to a female”. There was an accompanying article by his son – a Boston Globe videographer – who describes that he is now accepting his father’s new “gender” after years of horrible anguish that even caused the son to change his last name. The articles are laden with sentiments of “tolerance” and “acceptance.” But they can’t avoid mentioning the years...

PORTLAND, Ore. (ChurchMilitant.com) - A circuit court judge has ruled an Oregon man can legally identify as "gender binary." Following a decision passed down by the Multnomah County judge, 52-year-old Jamie Shupe has become the first individual in the country to attain the legal classification of being neither male nor female. "I have my life back," Shupe stated after the court ruling last week. "I'm not a male. I'm not a female." The decision is being lauded by gay activist organizations, who argue "classic gender markers don't fit everybody," and the court decision will serve to help people "exist without...

A lesbian couple featured in a BuzzFeed video on “gender non-conforming” parenting is trying to force their son to have a “queer” relationship with his gender despite his protests. “It’s really funny, because he’s like super into sports,” Michelle said. “Maybe he was like an Olympic athlete in his past life. He like, came with all of these sporting talents that are like visible at 17 months. That’s what Dashiell liked growing up. She easily relates to him on that level.” “I’m constantly like trying to queer my relationship with him and get him to wear tutus. He hates it....
