Greta was attempting to get her to talk about her aspirations for the presidency. Bachmann kept on saying she’s there to ‘set the table’ and backing away from Greta’s attempts. She’s saying it’s crucial to remove Obama. Michele kept saying tonight just like she said a few weeks ago that she is simply making sure the conservative agenda is front and center in the upcoming Presidential race and that she's there to "set the table" first This may be speculation but i think she is running ahead for someone like Sarah....Bachmann is from Iowa if I'm correct and it appears...

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani said he is “more likely” to run for president in 2012 if former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin makes a bid, according to snippets from an interview to air on CNN Monday night released on Twitter. “The more Republicans in which I can show a contrast, probably the better chance, the better chance that I have,” Mr. Giuliani is quoted as saying on CNN host Piers Morgan’s Twitter account. “My one chance, if I have a chance, is that I’m considered a moderate.” The implication being that Ms. Palin, a tea party favorite, is not...

DES MOINES, Iowa --As Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann makes the rounds in Iowa on Friday, Republican officials and grassroots activists here are largely united in their belief that she is very serious about considering a presidential run and has already begun conducting the significant statewide outreach that is required to launch an effective campaign. ABC News broke the story earlier this month that Bachmann was considering a campaign and would deliver the keynote address for a meeting hosted by Iowans for Tax Relief, an influential advocacy group in the nation's first voting state. Bachmann's communications director Doug Sachtleben told RealClearPolitics...

Michele Bachmann — yes, Michele Bachmann — is considering a presidential run, according to several of her aides who suddenly started discussing the subject with Minnesota reporters. In fact, the Iowa native (Waterloo) will travel to that state later this month to talk against the massive spending of you-know-who at a fundraiser for the Iowans for Tax Relief PAC in Des Moines. The Minnesota Republican, now starting her third House term, has proved a media magnet like her like-minded fellow GOP conservative Sarah Palin; both are often quoted, often derisively. This fall, Bachmann was targeted by numerous prominent Democrats but...

Still smug that it can retain the White House in 2012, even after President Obama has alienated most of the nation with his socialist, anti-white and anti-Judeo-Christian policies, the left has set out to destroy the one truly principled politician who can unite conservatives, libertarians, independents, tea partiers, people of faith and any American who truly believes in constrained government, fiscal and individual responsibility, a strong national defense, life, and yes, freedom under God! Her name is Michele Bachmann, and she is a congresswoman from Minnesota. Michele is not a "Republican In Name Only" (derisively known as "RINOs'); she is...

Well, that’s awkward. News that Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann is considering a presidential bid has not only sparked a mini media frenzy, but it’s rained on the parade of her home state colleague, former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty. On the eve of the release of Pawlenty’s memoir, “Courage to Stand” — the subject of an upcoming media blitz that has the all but announced a White House candidate booked on a number of national shows including “Good Morning America,” “The View” and “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart”— the Bachmann trial balloon has the GOP governor and his backers gamely...

Is Michelle Bachmann running for president? Considering…. yes, her office confirmed on January 5th, she was considering a run. If so, then the Congresswoman brings something different from most other potential Republican candidates whose names have been floated: She has been elected from a very “progressive” state, but Michelle Bachmann has remained as true to the principles of limited, constitutional government as any member of Congress. That ought to mean a lot to those of us interested in truly draining the swamps of the Potomac. Consider other potential candidates. Mitt Romney won elected from a very Leftist state, but he...
