    Grambling Mayor Martha Andrus was arrested this morning and booked at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center. Andrus turned herself in to Louisiana State Police Detectives at the Lincoln Parish Detention Center around 10 a.m. today. She was booked for two counts of unauthorized use of a moveable and two counts of malfeasance in office, Trooper First Class Mark Dennis, a spokesman for the Louisiana State Police, said in a statement.
