BALTIMORE (WJZ ) — From the beginning, the investigation into what killed Freddie Gray has centered on what happened inside the police transport van. An investigation has concluded Freddie Gray broke his neck after falling head-first into the back of the police van as it was moving, it was reported today. The news comes hours after Baltimore Police admitted the van transporting Gray made a previously unreported stop (pictured, left). The mysterious detail was picked up by a privately-owned security camera, and will be integral to the police investigation into Gray's death. An investigation into the death of Baltimore resident Freddie Gray has found no evidence that his fatal injuries were caused during the videotaped arrest and interaction with police officers, according to multiple law enforcement sources.

BALTIMORE — A prisoner sharing a police transport van with Freddie Gray told investigators that he could hear Gray “banging against the walls” of the vehicle and believed that he “was intentionally trying to injure himself,” according to a police document obtained by The Washington Post. The prisoner, who is currently in jail, was separated from Gray by a metal partition and could not see him. Hannity had on his show a Maryland Sheriff who is helping out in Baltimore who confirmed that the word he heard from Baltimore city cops was that Freddie Gray was bouncing himself around in the Police van trying to hurt himself. He also confirms that through their interactions with Baltimore city police officers, that they were told to stand down by the mayor and that they were incredibly embarrassed by it and frustrated. Freddie Gray had a pre-existing spinal and neck injury and had severe damage and scar tissue from an accident that Allstate Insurance was paying him a large structured settlement. Law enforcement intelligence officials have put out a warning that someone has sent a text calling on people to kill “all white police officers” in reaction to the death of Freddie Gray while in Baltimore police custody, raising fears violence could spread nationally, according to safety memos obtained by The Washington Times.
