A man visiting Busch Gardens Tampa Bay was injured by celebratory gunfire on Wednesday. According to Tampa police, 36-year-old Scott Deel of Florahome, Florida was walking inside the theme park with his wife when he felt pain in his shoulder around 10 p.m. His wife then noticed he was bleeding. A top Republican state lawmaker says there's a reason Gov. Phil Murphy is battling with his fellow Democrats over the state budget: He's planning to run for president. The off-duty FBI agent whose weapon discharged at a Denver nightclub has been identified as Chase Bishop of the bureau's Washington Field Office, law enforcement sources told CBS News. Bishop was apparently on a personal trip in Denver when his weapon went off Sunday after he did flip while dancing, wounding another person in the leg. The name of the victim has not yet been released but authorities said he is expected to be OK. A driver who spotted a "black object" flying through the air on a Washington highway stopped 18 miles later and found a handgun embedded in his bumper. Washington State Patrol Trooper Guy Gill said the man was driving Wednesday on Interstate 5, near Lakewood, when he saw the object fly through the air and appear to strike his bumper.
