The US is sending up to 3,500 soldiers and 2,200 marines to Haiti to help rescue efforts in the wake of the devastating earthquake. I dont know if this has been posted..... As a Katrina survivor I will tell you that the Red Cross and The Salvation Army were heros... You can text the word Haiti to 90999 to donate $10.00 to the relief efforts. I intend to donate much more than this but I found this to be a very convenient way to do something.

My gut tells me that, even now, Obama/Democrat operatives are working on how to turn Obama into "the savior of Haiti!" to try to bump his numbers up a little. I wish I were wrong but I fear I'll be proved right. Prayers for the survivors of the earthquake in Haiti and their families.
