Jack Cashill: The early Soviets coined the word “agitprop” as a blend between the Russian agitatsiya (agitation) and “propaganda.” Although the Soviet Union may have passed away, its communication techniques are alive and well, nowhere more demonstrably than in the media firestorm ignited on March 20 at the nation’s Capitol.

President Obama this morning cited The Heritage Foundation’s research in an attempt to sell his health care package as a “middle of the road, centrist approach.” We take great exception to this misuse of our work and abuse of our name. This is but the latest act in a campaign to sell this big-government program as a moderate law that incorporates conservative ideas. Americans should not be fooled. Let’s be very clear: We oppose this new law because it is a radical new intrusion into the daily lives of all Americans and a massive takeover of one-sixth of the...

The Rev. Al Sharpton, no stranger to controversy, told Bill O'Reilly that he has seen the tape of Tea Party protesters using the N-word at their rally before the health care vote. (follow link for video clip of interview) Sharpton must have some great connections because up to now there hasn't been a shred of evidence to back up the charges and if a tape did indeed exist it would have been on the internet in a nanosecond. Instead conservatives are still left to defend the charges despite the lack of any video evidence a full ten days after the...

Why the former Massachusetts governor should run health care reform. As I see it, there are three principal requirements for the job. The first is experience in management, business, and organization: maybe someone who's worked as a management consultant, an entrepreneur, and an executive in both the public and private sectors. The second is the ability and capacity to commit: someone who isn't likely to have any pressing obligations for the next several years, and who has enough cash that he or she doesn't need a large private-sector salary. Third is relevant experience in implementing a large-scale health-care reform program,...

Patty Murray Votes To Allow Convicted Sex Offenders To Receive Taxpayer-Funded Viagra Wednesday, March 24, 2010 @ 09:03 PM Highlighting her left-wing agenda and the extreme lengths to which Democrats are going to preserve their massive government-run health care bill, U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) voted today to block an amendment that would have prohibited health care plans administered by the federal government from covering erectile dysfunction drugs for individuals convicted of child molestation, rape, or other forms of sexual assault. The amendment, which was offered by U.S. Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK), was defeated by Murray and her Democrat Senate...

Political Insider Your morning jolt: ‘I might not agree with repeal and start over’ on health care, says Phil Gingrey 9:02 am March 24, 2010, by Jim Galloway At least a few Republicans have begun parsing what they mean when they call for the repeal of the new health care law. On Tuesday, in a CNN interview, U.S. Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-Marietta) admitted there were portions of the legislation he likes – including the provision that would allow parents to carry their offspring on their insurance until age 26. Said Gingrey: “When we say start over, we don’t mean throw...

In a list of Top Ten immediate benefits You Will Get from Health Care Reform, written by Congressman John Larson, Chairman of the Democratic Caucus in the House, it is reported that the law “Prohibits pre-existing condition exclusions for children in all new plans.” Feels Good. Right? Well, Wrong! Just as with adults, Health Insurers are exempt from covering pre-existing cases until 2014! The only difference between adults and children is, that in a few months from now if a child already has a policy or if the child gets now a new policy, a firm cannot exclude payment to...

Last November we noted that, through the Stupak amendment, the Catholic Bishops guaranteed passage of Obamacare through the House of Representatives. The Bishops put on a big show this time around, saying that they were opposed to the House passing the Senate health care bill without similar Stupak language. In the end, Stupak, a "pro-life Catholic Democrat," made a deal, once again guaranteeing passage of the bill in the House. It's difficult to believe the Bishops were not in on it. This is because, as we also revealed in late January, a personal representative of the Bishops explained during a...

From this day forward, I will engage in little acts of civil disobedience. Every single day. Barack won’t have ol’ Jack to count on any more, because tyranny is not what I signed up for. And they need me. They need us. And we shouldn’t play any more.

Shepard Smith is the DARLING of DailyKos, TPM, ThinkProgress and Media Matters. Why? Because he is a hard left-wing news anchor on what is supposedly the "Right-Wing Network"--FoxNews. Moreover, Smith routinely bashes Republicans and gives Democrats a pass. Today was no different, as he blasted Republican chairman Michael Steele. But don't believe me...read what a Kos blogger had to say about the exchange. Then you might want to email Roger Ailes and let him know what you think of his "anchorman"...I've written more than once in praise of Shepherd Smith as the best newsperson on TV; today he proved it...

The mainstream media is all agog over claims by congressional Democrats that they were called names and spat upon as they walked by Tea Party protesters yesterday on Capitol Hill. Yet as this video shows there appears to be no evidence that this did indeed occur calling into question the accuracy of the initial reports. Maybe there is some video footage corroborating the Democrats charges, but until it surfaces the mainstream press should make it clear to the public that this is only hearsay at best and reflects their own bias against the Tea Party movement.

This makes me turn to Republican and Conservative voters from closely divided districts and states (like Minnesota was in November 2008), and ask them the following: Now that Health Care Reform is where it is, what were you thinking by sitting out the elections in 2006 and 2008? You REALLY thought that there is no difference between moderate Republican majorities to a Leftist mad-house that we have in Washington since 2007? Back in 1992, you were very dissatisfied with GHWB, and therefore you voted for Ross Perot, thus making is possible for Clinton to win the Presidency despite getting only...

As part of today's rally to stop the Democrats' health care reform legislation thousands of protesters descended on the lawn of Capitol building. But many more were also using the occasion to visit the their congressional representative and tell them what they think of the bill. However, Capitol Police recently stopped allowing any of the peaceful protesters to enter into congressional buildings. Crowds are now gathering in front of the House and Senate offices, demanding that they be let in to air their constituent concerns.

They promise them FREEDOM, while they themselves are slaves of depravity—for a man is a slave to whatever has mastered him. 2 peter 2:19 Like an addicted gambler who is down 2 paychecks he goes double or nothing w/pocket deuces. After spending his entire presentsy chasing DeathCare losing election after election he puts off his South Pacific trip for the same old fix. This is all or nothing as he risks making a fool of himself worldwide becoming a complete Failure. He blows off some of our South Pacific allies like he was going next door for a spaghetti feed....

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m not planning to recognize such a result as legally binding. I’m not going to pretend to obey any dictates from federal health-care bureaucrats that have never been authorized by a constitutional vote of both houses of Congress. I will not submit to any extra-constitutional order to dismantle the consumer-driven health plan I have set up for my employees. I will not comply. If the government tries to make me comply, I’ll sue. And I’ll win. This is not (yet) a banana republic where constitutions are seen as inconvenient impediments to...
