As society continues to evolve – and some critics might argue 'devolve' – into a more progressive understanding of gender and sexuality, the stakes couldn't be higher. To the dismay of many parents, this societal tug-of-war over transgenderism is playing out on today's college campuses like never before – and is hitting young women particularly hard. One mother, Katherine Cave, recently called attention to the issue, telling The College Fix, "I am writing to you on behalf of parents who have lost their kids at college to the transgender craze." "Many liberal colleges have significant percentages of students suddenly identifying...

Though betting odds had a 20 percent chance that Donald Trump would use his brief prime-time Oval Office address to declare a national emergency at the Mexican-U.S. border, he did not. Instead, he dedicated his time to a hodge-podge of lurid descriptions of violence juxtaposed to a plea for humanitarian aid. In no way does that mean the issue is settled, and a national emergency declaration remains very much in the mix as one way to break the logjam, appeal to the Republican base, reopen the government, and, oh, trigger a legal crisis. Just Wednesday, Trump claimed an “absolute right”...

In the past year, I witnessed two frightening assaults on free speech by a kangaroo "justice" system. This wasn't in some banana republic, North Korea, or China; it was in Canada. These were gut-wrenching experiences for me. These stories from Canada are potent warnings to the U.S. If Congress and more states pass anti-discrimination "equality" laws giving special protection to LGBTQ identities, "hate speech" prosecutions and compelled speech will surely follow. There can be no doubt of that, given the LGBT-driven lawsuits we have already seen against florists, bakers, and wedding photographers. The Civil Rights Commission of Colorado has tried...

Yes, I know what you're thinking - aren't these posts supposed to be written in advance and published at the end of the year so that writers can take some time off and still provide some content? To which I respond, you are absolutely right! But 2018 was by far the busiest year of my life, and this subject was just too good to let pass. Last week The Daily Wire's Paul Bois alerted us to this gem: New York Times Praises Radical Environmentalist Who Killed Himself To Save EarthEarlier this year, radical environmentalist David Buckel demonstrated his love for...

The Public Prosecution Service will assess whether the controversial Nashville declaration is punishable, the Prosecutor announced after a commotion arose about a Dutch translation of the anti-LGBTQ text that has now been signed by hundreds of pastors and other orthodox Christians in the Netherlands. How long this assessment will take, is not yet clear, AD reports. The declaration explicitly rejects homosexuality and transgender people, and suggests that sexual orientation and gender are things people can be "cured" of. It also stresses that marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman. In the assessment, the Public Prosecutor will determine...

When authorities in Los Angeles found Timothy Dean dead in the apartment of Ed Buck, a Democratic activist and campaign donor, early Monday morning, Jasmyne Cannick was not surprised. Just six months ago, Cannick had posted a warning on Twitter that something like this might happen. “If another young, Black gay man overdoses or worse dies at Democratic donor Ed Buck’s apartment it’s going to be the fault of the sheriff’s dept and L.A. District Atty for not stopping him when they had the opportunity to,” Cannick wrote on Twitter in late July. In July 2017, Gemmel Moore, a 26-year-old...
