A former aide to Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., has pleaded guilty in federal court in Virginia to receiving child pornography, court records show. Jeff Rosato, 32, of Arlington, Va., faces a minimum of five years in prison when he is sentenced on May 1. Rosato must also register as a sex offender.
