In the Book of Ezekiel, the prophet tells us that in the end times, the stage will be set and the nations aligned to invade Israel. More specifically, it states that God will put a hook into the jaw of Gog and Magog and pull them into the fray. We may be seeing that alignment occur now. John explains in this update entitled "Stage Setting"

There's a new complaint against Rochester Judge Leticia Astacio. She is accused of violating the conditions of her probation. The complaint was filed on Friday after her ankle monitoring device reportedly detected alcohol. According to News 10 NBC, Astacio's lawyer blames the reading on body lotion containing alcohol. The apparent violation was on July 14th, one day after Astacio got out of jail. A hearing is set for Wednesday. Judge Astacio recently served jail time. She has been ordered to spend three years on probation and six months with an ankle monitor for violating the conditions of her conditional discharge...

Remember when Kate’s Law passed the House of Representatives a few weeks ago? That was a pretty good day and gave many of us hope that some progress was being made on the law and order front. Not everyone was thrilled about it, though. One of the things I missed while on vacation last week was a pair of moves coming out of California designed to further fight against enforcement of federal immigration law and cement the status of both San Francisco and the entire state of California as “sanctuary” locations for those who would break the law. The...

SACRAMENTO- California Senate President pro Tempore Kevin de León (D- Los Angeles), released the following statement responding to letters sent by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Session to the state of California, and other cities and counties, regarding compliance with immigration law enforcement. Attached is a recent letter from legal counsel for the California State Legislature on the same matter. “It has become abundantly clear that Attorney General Sessions and the Trump Administration are basing their law enforcement policies on principles of white supremacy – not American values. Their constant and systematic targeting of diverse cities and states goes beyond constitutional...
  • Sanctuary Cities and States Have Seceded from the Union

New York City seriously contemplated seceding from the Union just before the outbreak of the Civil War. The mayor of the city was Fernando Wood, a rakish, charming, and handsome devil. He put his finger to the wind when southern states began to secede and decided NYC should stand with her sorely afflicted southern cousins. But veiled in all the rosy political rhetoric was the hard and pragmatic fact that New York was a central hub of the slave trade, inextricably tied to the South’s cotton empire. Money did the real talking. Wood knew that, as he was a crook...

Families come under siege as anti-cop agitators move into pipeline campsThere reached a point when the Dakota Access protest became less about debating the merits of pipeline routes and more about mixing it up with cops. That’s when the danger spiked for officers and their families. While protesters were fueling worldwide outrage and fundraising over allegations of police brutality, an aggressive cohort of agitators was terrorizing the families of law-enforcement officers with threats of death, rape and arson. “There were threats made to us, mostly that they were going to come burn down our houses or rape us while our...

One can only imagine the widespread media, political and intellectual condemnation of Republicans and conservatives if, after the inauguration of Barack Obama, they had gone on a violent and vicious tear all over the nation as did Democrats and liberals after the inauguration of President Donald Trump. They committed acts such as assaulting Trump supporters, setting fires and stoning police. Suppose Republicans/conservatives had carried signs that read "F—- Obama" or talked about "blowing up the White House." The news media, instead of calling them protesters, would have labeled them evil racists, obstructionists and everything else except a child of God....

Democrat Mayors in all those tiny little blue districts that lost the 2016 elections are revolting after the election and not just against the incoming administration or Donald Trump. They are revolting against the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Rule of Law, in a manner which amounts to sedition against all U.S. citizens. In a word, they are committing acts of treason!

Americans who lived through the nightmares of both the Watergate and Lewinsky scandals recall vividly how every day seemed to produce new evidence of wrongdoing. The drip, drip of deceptions and lies finally overflowed into a cascading pool of criminality and disgust. The first scandal culminated in Articles of Impeachment. The other an impeachment trial. Is America now hurtling toward the same political abyss? It looks like it. So, fasten your seat belts and brace for impact. Sources tell Fox News’s Bret Baier that the FBI has uncovered an “avalanche of evidence” in the Clinton Foundation investigation. Agents are “actively...

..... Local police in many parts of the country admit that they are stretched to the limit and are unable to maintain law and order. "Drug trafficking takes place right before our eyes. If we intervene, we are threatened, spat on, insulted. Sometimes someone whips out a knife. They are always the same people. They are ruthless, fearless and have no problems with robbing even the elderly." — Private security guard. Just ahead of tonight's final debate (from which I shall be several thousand miles away): As I've said for years - on radio, TV and in print - for me the overriding issue in American politics is the corruption. In the Obama era, we have seen the remorseless merging of the party and the state - in the IRS, in the Justice Department and elsewhere. Whatever one feels about, say, Scandinavia, they at least come to their statism and socialism more or less honestly. Not so the United States. It's bad enough that Democrats aren't agitated about this corruption -...

While the nation is absorbed with presidential election theatrics, the Obama administration continues letting huge amounts of illegal immigrants to pour in through the southern border and the latest figures released by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are incredibly chilling. The number of family units apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol in the first 11 months of fiscal year 2016 nearly doubled from the previous year, according to updated information released by the agency. The majority of these illegal border crossers will remain in the country under Obama’s special refugee and family reunification programs. Fiscal years run from October...

‘Parole’ program tests limits of executive immigration powers President Obama plans to use parole authority to go around normal rules and try to admit thousands of entrepreneurs to the U.S., the administration announced Friday, once again testing the limits of executive power on immigration. Parole is usually used in specific humanitarian cases, such as temporarily admitting someone in dire need of medical treatment, but Mr. Obama argues it can also be used more broadly to try to boost the U.S. economy by letting wealthy entrepreneurs buy their way in.

The Hillary Clinton campaign on Sunday announced a voter registration effort led by illegal immigrants on the four year anniversary of President Barack Obama’s executive action to protect illegal aliens from deportation. According to a statement the campaign launched “‘Mi Sueño, Tu Voto’ (My Dream, Your Vote), to organize DREAMers to mobilize their communities and ask voters to consider what is at stake for their families in November.” “DREAMers have played a pivotal role in our campaign, advocating for families who constantly live in fear of deportation–so we’ve created a program that aims to turn these stories into action,” Lorella...

The latest is called “America is Doomed Without Restoring the Rule of Law-Karl Denninger.” Trader and entrepreneur Karl Denninger has a dire warning. He basically says if there is lawlessness at the top of society, there will be lawlessness at the bottom. Denninger, who is so distraught he has suspended writing on his popular website, explains, “It is illegal for any entity with market power or anybody else to price fix. It is illegal to price commodities of like, mind and quantity in the market place. That is a federal law, and violations of these laws are not civil affairs,...

The Bible speaks of these Last Days and testifies to what the social conditions will be at this time among those who profess Christ and have a "form" of godliness. (Romans 10:2-4, 1 Tim. 3:1-7,2 Tim. 4:1-3, Jude, 1:10, Rev. 3:14-22). At this time, a secular progressive movement - initiated by the super fallen intelligence of fallen angels (i.e., demons ) will begin to dominate and influence the entire world preparing the world for Lucifer's lawless minion and the global worship of himself and his lawless super -ultra fascist world leader (2 Thess. 2:3-12, Rev.13). Some of the signs of...

The following piece appeared on the Freedom Outpost in April of 2015. Clearly the efforts by liberal Democrats and cowardly Republicans to destroy our nation have not changed during the intervening months, unless it had been to quicken in their pace and expand in their contempt for the wishes of the American people. Everything considered, this is a reasonable question. In spite of our President's apologies and our First Lady's lack of pride in the United States of America, multiple records have shown that we have been, and still are, the most generous people ever to have populated this earth....

Senior Obama administration officials took a series of decisions beginning in late 2013 that ranged from the reckless to the illegal in an effort to keep insurers participating in health insurance exchanges. A report issued last week jointly by the House Ways and Means and Energy and Commerce committees explores how the administration came to unlawfully funnel $7 billion in unappropriated money to insurers through a single ObamaCare program.

Surprise, surprise: President Barack Obama endorsed Hillary Clinton for president. He wants someone to follow him who will protect his disastrous legacy. He couldn’t have made a better choice. “I know how hard this job can be. That’s why I know Hillary will be so good at it,” he explained. He provided plenty of joke lines for the late night shows. But he made clear that he won’t remain on the sidelines during the campaign: joint political appearances are now being planned. None of this should surprise anyone. It won’t be the first time an incumbent attempted to help elect...
