"Nobody likes me," he said, confounded at how his administration's health experts could be receiving accolades while he is accused of ignoring and denying the raging public health crisis. "It can only be my personality," Trump said, "that's all." That's one answer. SNIP Trump's attempts to regain standing have only exacerbated the divorce and led to worries he is weighing down his party's ability to move forward. Long dismissive of the Washington establishment, Trump has shown little concern at how his moves are forcing allies into awkward positions or alienating himself from longstanding norms. SNIP "I read it. I laughed....

The company has now officially started a test that will remove public visibility of Like, reaction and video view counts from people's posts and ads across Facebook. This is going to be happening only in Australia, though, and Facebook told Engadget it has not decided whether the test will expand to other places in the future. If you're a Facebook user in Australia, this means that while your friends and family will still be able to like and add emoji reactions to your posts, they won't be able to see how many others interacted with it. The same goes if...

Fiorina on Clinton in 2008: “She was a great candidate. She has helped millions of women all over this country. Women of any political party owe a debt of gratitude to Hillary Clinton and I will bet that every woman up here agrees with me.” Over the weekend, the Washington Post Ruth Marcus wrote in a column that Fiorina told her in May of 2008 that if she wasn’t backing Sen. John McCain, she would have backed Clinton. A Fiorina spokeswoman said that Fiorina couldn’t remember the exchange and was probably talking about who she would back in the 2008...

President Obama said that he liked London so much, he was planning to stay, renting a flat in trendy Soho and taking up portrait painting to make ends meet. "Michelle can stay, or go back to DC, I don't really care," he told a reporter. Joe Biden said he looked forward to serving as America's 45th president, and would "continue the great work of President Obama, as well as finding some other things to screw up." Sarah Palin said she was still looking for Russia from the top of her house. "There's a big cloud of ash in the way,...

POINT LOMA – Former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, who is working California harder than any other 2008 presidential candidate, said yesterday that Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's governing style is one he would emulate as president. “Your governor is a good example,” said Giuliani, during a San Diego campaign stop. “Kind of the way I was mayor of New York City, it's the way he's governor of California. He is above and beyond everything else a problem-solver and that's what I would be as a president.” With the likelihood that the California presidential primary will move to Feb. 5 next year,...
  • Could you please help me boycott BIG pizza?

I started working at dominos where I was verbally abused daily by high schoolers also my manager who cut my hours for forgetting cheesebread once in a while. While his cooks and he would sell and smoke pot on the job, while I have no issue with this behavior, it's not appropriate in the work place. Subsequently 3-10 pizzas a night would be wrong, outweighing my mistakes by a longshot. So after I couldn't survive on the hours I was getting I complained to management, who transferred me to a worse store where the manager was fat rude and stupid....
