Another successful shakedown..... The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-MN) today welcomed an apology from a Long John Silver's restaurant in that state that distributed religious literature in children's meals. In November, a Muslim family visited the Long John Silver's at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minn., and ordered a children's meal for their three-year-old son. The Muslim parents noticed that the toy that came with the meal was a small notepad with the phrase "Build with Jesus" written at the top along with a quote from the Bible. The Long John Silver's in the Mall of America, had a toy in its Kids Meal that included a Bible Phrase and the not "Build with Jesus" written at the top. Last month a Muslim Family went to the restaurant and became outraged when they did not have any toys without the quote, so they complained to the Terrorist Support Group CAIR who called for a Probe of the company's toy distribution policy (Long John Silvers is owned by Yum! Brand who also owns KFC Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and A&W All-American Food). The full story is below:

The Minnesota chapter of the Council on America-Islamic Relations is calling for an investigation into a complaint made against the Long John Silver's restaurant in Mall of America. CAIR-MN wants the restaurants parent company, Yum! Brands, to look into claims that religious literature was distributed with a children's meal. According to CAIR-MN, a Muslim family visited the restaurant in November and ordered a children's meal for their three-year-old son. A Muslim family eating in a Long John Silver's restaurant in the Mall of America is upset because their child's meal came with a toy that had "Build with Jesus" written on it. As usual CAIR has gotten involved. They want the restaurant to give the family a written apology, make sure that this never happens again and have representatives of the chain participate in CAIR's sensitivity and diversity training. By diversity do they mean this?
