(AP) -- A Clarksville day care's license was revoked permanently after its operator admitted to making a sex video near the child-care area, according to a Department of Human Services report. The report said children at the in-home day care had access to the den where Angels R Us operator Susan Deering and another female employee were videotaped having sex in January. Deering has denied any children were at the facility when the video was made and maintained the adjoining door was locked. The U.S. Coast Guard has revoked the license of a charter fishing captain whose boat capsized last year, killing two. In a ruling made public Thursday, Judge Edwin Bladen took Ted D. Howell to task not so much for having violated Coast Guard rules but over whether the charter guide had learned anything from the experience. Specifically, the judge cited the captain's "cavalier attitude" toward life jackets.
